华东地区高层综合体塔楼的入口空间设计研究

【摘要】：近年来随着经济的蓬勃发展与土地资源的日渐紧缺,高层综合体塔楼这一建筑形式正大跨步的走进城市并逐渐改变着我们的生活。在彰显城市经济实力、解决就业率、提高土地利用率的同时,也对城市带来如堵塞交通、光污染等一系列问题。通过调研,大量的高层综合体塔楼外部空间缺乏系统规划,对车流人流物流的组织模糊,缺少对入口空间的空间营造,缺乏对绿化、停车位的系统布置,从而使空间得不到完美的利用,使入口空间布局凌乱,堵塞交通,辨识度低下。人们从城市进入建筑,几乎没有缓冲空间、也没有供人们交流、休息的交往空间,缺乏无障碍设计等人性化设施,使建筑入口空间生硬、呆板。本文通过对文献的查阅、对现有资料的分析和对实例的对比,对高层综合体塔楼入口空间形态、空间功能、心理需求、使用需求等多方面因素所产生的影响进行研究。并从城市设计、建筑设计、景观设计及其它相关学科如心理学、行为学等多个层面的内容进行分析。着重对建筑入口空间的使用功能、构成要素、交通组织、影响因素等问题进行研究,在充分体现对人性化的关怀的同时,探索一定的设计原则,使高层综合体塔楼入口空间与城市融为一体,与我们的生活紧密相联。希望通过对本课题的研究,使高层综合体塔楼入口空间的设计更具人性化、系统化、完善化,为今后的高层综合体塔楼入口空间的设计可能存在的问题提出行之有效的设计方法,来解决人与建筑、建筑与城市、人与城市之间的矛盾,使人、建筑、城市和谐共存,并有助于建筑师在今后的设计中得到启发、促进和帮助的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of economy and the increasing shortage of land resources, the high-rise complex tower is stepping into the city and gradually changing our life. It is showing the economic strength of the city and solving the employment rate. At the same time, it also brings a series of problems to the city, such as traffic jam, light pollution and so on. Through investigation and research, the outer space of a large number of high-rise complex towers lacks systematic planning, and the organization of traffic flow and passenger flow is blurred. There is a lack of space for the entrance space, a lack of systematic arrangements for greening and parking spaces, so that the space is not used perfectly, the layout of the entrance space is messy, the traffic is blocked, and the degree of recognition is low. People enter the building from the city. There is almost no buffer space, no communication space for people to exchange, no communication space for rest, lack of user-friendly facilities such as barrier-free design, so that the building entrance space is stiff and rigid. Based on the analysis of the existing data and the comparison of examples, the paper studies the influence of many factors, such as the form of entrance space, the function of space, the psychological demand, the demand for use, etc., and from the aspects of urban design, architectural design, etc. Landscape design and other related disciplines, such as psychology, behavior, etc., are analyzed in many aspects, such as the function of building entrance space, the elements of construction, the traffic organization, the influencing factors and so on. While fully reflecting the concern for humanity, we should explore certain design principles to make the entrance space of the high-rise complex tower merge with the city and be closely related to our life. I hope that through the study of this subject, It makes the design of entrance space of high-rise complex tower more humanized, systematized and perfect. It provides an effective design method for the possible problems in the design of entrance space of high-rise complex tower in the future, to solve the problem of people and architecture. The contradiction between architecture and city, between man and city, makes people, architecture and city coexist harmoniously, and helps architects to get inspiration, promote and help in the future design.
