西安市城市道路建设与道路绿化矛盾探析

【摘要】：随着经济和社会快速发展,很多城市交通开始出现城市交通拥堵问题,而为了有效的解决交通拥堵问题,用大量的道路建设工程和拆除城市道路绿化来改做道路的方式进行缓堵,这种方式虽然在短期内能够解决部分地段的拥堵问题,但带来的是城市环境和城市绿地系统的破坏。如何解决城市快速发展带来的交通拥堵问题和城市环境建设问题,已经是显得非常重要了。以西安市为例研究城市道路建设改造和城市道路绿化以及景观建设协调发展,相得益彰,对西安市城市经济快速发展具有非常重要的现实意义。通过调研和自己从事的工作经历,掌握了西安市道路建设改造和城市道路绿化及景观建设现状,经过分析研究,总结出制约西安市城市道路建设改造和道路绿化及其景观建设存在以下问题:(1)西安市道路绿地率标准不统一;(2)道路与绿化的规划设计主体不统一;(3)道路绿化与道路设计观念落后;(4)新建道路过量占用城市绿化用于工程建设。为了能给城市居民提供更好的生活环境,保护西安市现有的绿化成果,保护城市绿化和绿地系统少受破坏,有效增大西安市的道路绿地和城市绿地面积,促进西安市城市经济快速发展,提出解决城市道路建设改造与城市道路绿化及其景观建设矛盾的几点措施:(1)统一道路绿地率标准;(2)建立统一的管理部门负责道路与绿化的规划设计;(3)提高道路与道路绿化的设计理念;(4)科学合理的使用道路绿地用于工程建设。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, many urban traffic problems begin to appear, and in order to effectively solve the traffic congestion problem, With a large number of road construction projects and the demolition of urban road greening to change the road to slow plugging, although this way in the short term can solve some of the congestion problems, However, it is the destruction of urban environment and urban green space system. How to solve the problem of traffic congestion and urban environmental construction brought by the rapid development of cities, It is already very important. Take Xi'an as an example to study the coordinated development of urban road construction and reconstruction, urban road greening and landscape construction to complement each other. It is of great practical significance to the rapid development of Xi'an city economy. Through investigation and research and work experience, we have grasped the present situation of road construction and reconstruction, urban road greening and landscape construction in Xi'an, and analyzed and studied it. It is concluded that the following problems exist in restricting the reconstruction of urban road construction, road greening and landscape construction in Xi'an City: (1) the road greenbelt rate standard in Xi'an is not unified; (2) the main body of planning and design of road and greening is not unified; the main body of planning and design is not unified; and the road greening and road is not unified. The concept of road design is backward. 4) the new road overoccupies urban greening for engineering construction. In order to provide a better living environment for urban residents, To protect the existing greening achievements in Xi'an, to protect the urban greening and green space system from being destroyed, to effectively increase the road green space and urban green space area in Xi'an City, and to promote the rapid development of Xi'an city's urban economy. Several measures to solve the contradiction between Urban Road Reconstruction and Urban Road Greening and its Landscape Construction measures: 1) unify the road greenbelt rate standard / 2) establish a unified management department responsible for the planning and design of roads and greening. The design concept of road greening is 4) the scientific and reasonable use of road green space for engineering construction.
