行为导向艺术治疗对害羞儿童社会技巧的辅导成效研究

【摘要】:害羞会阻碍儿童与同伴间的交往,造成人际关系不佳及社交孤立,也使得其社会技巧得不到练习与发展的机会,造成未来社会适应的困难。而家长或老师往往直到儿童害羞逐渐变成明显问题时,才开始注意到害羞对儿童正面发展的可能影响,却为时已晚,因此家庭和学校需及时关注害羞儿童,并加强正确的引导和帮助。本研究旨在通过质性研究方法,探索儿童害羞行为的外在表现及影响因素,并开发有效测量工具——《害羞儿童评定量表》(家长版),然后通过发放《害羞儿童评定量表》(家长版)及《社会技能评定量表》(家长版),调查儿童人口学因素、害羞与社会技巧之间的关系,最后通过行为导向艺术治疗对害羞儿童的社会技巧进行干预。研究分为质性研究、量化研究和实验研究三部分。研究结果如下:(一)质性研究方面。儿童害羞的特点包括:自我认知过程、情绪感知、社交技巧、引起害羞的线索、外在表现、遗传与教育环境的影响、个人性格特征七个方面。(二)量化研究方面。一方面,自编《害羞儿童评定量表》(家长版),包括外在表现、被动性、私人的自我意识、社交回避、自我表现缺乏五个维度,信、效度指标符合测量学要求,能够作为有效的测量工具。另一方面,通过问卷调查结果可知,首先,儿童的害羞、社会技巧整体情况较好;其次,除了性别人口变量外,儿童害羞在是否独生、户口所在地、母亲文化水平、父亲文化水平、家庭教养方式、家庭氛围及家庭月收入上存在显著差异;并且,儿童社会技巧在性别、否独生、户口所在地、母亲文化水平、父亲文化水平、家庭教养方式、家庭氛围及家庭月收入等人口变量上存在显著差异;另外,家庭月收入和儿童害羞程度类型对其社会技巧交互作用显著;再者,儿童害羞与社会技巧两者间存在显著相关;最后,儿童的人口学变量通过社会技巧对害羞水平有较大的影响力。(三)干预研究方面,行为导向艺术治疗对害羞儿童社会技巧的促进有及时、维持及类化的效果。
[Abstract]:Shyness impedes communication between children and peers, leads to poor interpersonal relationships and social isolation, and deprives them of opportunities to practice and develop their social skills. It is often too late for parents or teachers to become aware of the possible impact of shyness on the positive development of children until the child's shyness becomes apparent. Therefore, families and schools should pay attention to shy children in time, and strengthen the correct guidance and help. The purpose of this study is to explore the external performance and influencing factors of shy behavior of children through qualitative research. An effective measurement tool, the shy Children rating scale (parent version), was developed, and then, by issuing the shy Children rating scale (parent version) and the Social skill scale (parent version), the demographic factors of children were investigated. The relationship between shyness and social skills, and finally intervention in the social skills of shy children through behavior-oriented art therapy. Quantitative research and experimental research. The results are as follows: (1) qualitative research. The characteristics of children's shyness include: self-cognitive process, emotional perception, social skills, clues to cause shyness, external performance, The influence of heredity and educational environment, seven aspects of personal character. (2) quantitative research. On the one hand, the self-made "shy Children rating scale" (parent version, including external performance, passivity, personal self-awareness, social avoidance, etc.). On the other hand, the questionnaire results show that, first of all, the children's shyness and social skills are better. In addition to gender demographic variables, there were significant differences in children's shyness in terms of single child, residence location, mother's education level, father's education level, family upbringing style, family atmosphere and family monthly income. There were significant differences in the social skills of children in terms of gender, single child, hukou location, mother's education level, father's education level, family upbringing style, family atmosphere and family monthly income. In addition, The type of family monthly income and the degree of children's shyness have significant interaction with their social skills; moreover, there is a significant correlation between children's shyness and social skills. Finally, Demographic variables of children have great influence on shy level through social skills. (3) Behavior-oriented art therapy can promote social skills of shy children in a timely, sustained and similar way.
