西安市雁塔区老旧社区的绿化改造研究

【摘要】:社会经济的快速发展,促使大众对生活周边环境的要求越来越高。园林绿化景观品质成为人们选择居住小区的一个关键因素。新建小区因具有特有的后天优势,完善的绿化设计体系,精湛的建设技艺,能够满足居民日常生活娱乐需求。但建设于上世纪七八十年代的小区,由于种种原因,逐渐成为景观环境脏乱差的代名词。改善老旧社区的绿化环境成为提高居民精神生活,建设乐居、安居幸福社区的重要方式之一。本文以西安市雁塔区为例,对老旧社区绿化改造进行探索研究,希望对其它老旧社区的绿化改造提供参考。主要采取实地调查和调查问卷的方式,对康宁社区的两个小区和其它的10个老旧社区进行调查,收集相关资料,经过科学的分析总结,成果如下:(1)根据调查研究,西安市雁塔区老旧社区主要存在以下问题:(1)植物配置不合理。(2)绿化管理缺失。(3)户外空间有限。(2)针对存在的问题,在了解社区居民实际需求的基础上。从生态效益的角度出发,总结社区绿化改造的原则及方法,提出社区绿化后期的维护管理,从根本上解决老旧社区存在的问题。(1)在绿化改造原则及方法上,以“改”为出发点,结合社区实际,因地制宜、以人为本,在安全的前提下见缝插绿,达到景观多样性。(2)在社区绿地的具体改造方法上,对公共绿地、宅旁绿地、道路绿地、附属绿地和居住区外围绿地五种不同类别的绿地改造方法进行分别阐述,为老旧社区的绿化改造提供理论依据。(3)在社区绿化改造后期的维护上,提出了四种管理模式。希望通过合理的管理方式,维护改造效果,从而解决社区绿化环境管理缺失的问题。(3)以育华社区和205所社区的绿化改造为实例,从“提出问题—方案定制—具体实施—后期效果”四个步骤进行研究分析。(1)技术方面,由专业人员进行操作,方案较为成熟。(2)资金方面,以“改”为主,资金投入不高。(3)时间方面,行动迅速,改造时间较短。(4)居民感受方面,对改造区域较为满意,居民反映良好。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the people's demands on the surrounding environment are becoming higher and higher.Landscape quality has become a key factor for people to choose residential areas.Because of its unique acquired advantages, perfect greening design system and exquisite construction skills, the new district can meet the daily life and entertainment needs of residents.However, the community built in the 1970s and 1980s has gradually become a synonym for the mess of landscape environment for various reasons.Improving the greening environment of the old community is one of the important ways to improve the residents' spiritual life, to build the happy community and to live in the happy community.Taking Yanta District of Xi'an City as an example, this paper explores and studies the greening transformation of the old community, hoping to provide reference for the greening transformation of other old communities.Mainly by the way of field investigation and questionnaire, we conducted an investigation on two communities in the Kangning community and 10 other old and old communities, collected relevant data. After scientific analysis and summary, the results are as follows: 1) based on the investigation,In the old community of Yanta District of Xi'an, there are the following problems: 1) unreasonable plant allocation. 2) lack of green management. 3) limited outdoor space. 2) in view of the existing problems, on the basis of understanding the actual needs of the community residents.From the point of view of ecological benefit, this paper summarizes the principles and methods of community greening transformation, puts forward the maintenance and management of community greening in the later stage, and fundamentally solves the problems existing in old and old communities.) on the principle and method of greening transformation, the starting point is "reform".Combining with the community reality, taking measures according to the local conditions, taking the people as the basis, seeing the gap and inserting the green under the premise of safety, reaching the landscape diversity.) on the concrete transformation method of the community green space, the public green space, the house side green space, the road green space,Five different types of greenbelt renovation methods of subsidiary green space and residential area periphery green space are expounded respectively, which provides theoretical basis for greening transformation of old community, and puts forward four management modes in the later stage of community greening reconstruction.It is hoped that the problem of lack of management of greening environment in the community can be solved by maintaining the effect of transformation through a reasonable management method) taking the greening transformation of Yuhua community and 205 communities as an example.From the four steps of "question raising-program customization-concrete implementation-late effect" to carry out research and analysis, the technical aspects are operated by professional personnel, and the plan is more mature. 2) in terms of funds, "reform" is the main method.The capital input is not high, the time is not high, the action is quick, the reconstruction time is short, the residents feel better, the residents are satisfied with the reconstruction area, and the residents reflect well.
