南京江南水泥厂工业遗产保护与再利用研究

【摘要】：随着20世纪90年代的产业结构调整,中国城市中心区工业企业开始大量搬迁,导致大量的工业遗产被闲置和废弃,这给城市更新与社会发展造成了许多严峻的问题。在这一背景下,本文以南京江南水泥厂工业遗产为研究对象,通过对其工业遗产现存问题的分析以及对国内外工业遗产改造再利用的相关经验的学习借鉴,尝试提出适宜的保护与改造策略,以及工业遗产保护与再利用的初步方案。本文主要由五个章节组成:第一章为绪论,主要是对工业遗产的研究背景、研究意义、国内外相关研究综述以及相关概念进行论述;第二章:对江南水泥厂进行实地调研与结果分析,从厂区的历史沿革、工业遗产现状等方面进行资料的梳理,并对江南水泥厂工业遗产的价值进行了初步评定,根据江南水泥厂的现状,分析其在保护与再利用中存在的问题与矛盾。第三章:从多个角度分析江南水泥厂工业遗产的业态重置、用地性质、功能转化等方面所能采取的策略,并辅以国内外相关案例来佐证其可行性及发展前景。第四章:针对江南水泥厂工业遗产中工业建筑单体与工业景观的现状,对分级后的工业建筑单体以及西侧生产区中的工业景观进行保护与再利用设计,为未来厂区的工业遗产保护与再利用,以及国内其他地区大规模的工业遗产保护与更新提供参考。第五章得出结论,本文充分总结了江南水泥厂工业遗产的多种价值,对各级文物建筑的保护与再利用提出了策略与设计方案,并尝试对该区域工业遗产改造为可持续的且具有工业特色的城市开敞空间提出了意见与建议,同时也指明了研究中的不足。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of industrial structure in 1990s, industrial enterprises in the urban center of China began to move in large numbers, resulting in a large number of industrial heritage left idle and abandoned, which caused a lot of severe problems to urban renewal and social development.Under this background, this paper takes the industrial heritage of Nanjing Jiangnan cement Plant as the research object, through the analysis of the existing problems of its industrial heritage and the relevant experience of industrial heritage reconstruction and reuse at home and abroad.This paper tries to put forward some suitable strategies for protection and reconstruction, as well as a preliminary plan for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage.This paper mainly consists of five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the industrial heritage research background, research significance, domestic and foreign related research review and related concepts to discuss;Chapter two: the field investigation and result analysis of Jiangnan cement factory, combing the data from the historical evolution of the factory area, the status quo of industrial heritage, and the value of the industrial heritage of Jiangnan cement plant is preliminarily evaluated.According to the present situation of Jiangnan cement plant, the problems and contradictions in protection and reuse are analyzed.The third chapter analyzes the strategies of the industrial heritage of Jiangnan cement plant from several angles, such as the reset of industrial form, the nature of land, the transformation of function and so on, and the feasibility and development prospect of the industrial heritage are supported by relevant cases at home and abroad.Chapter four: in view of the present situation of industrial building monomer and industrial landscape in the industrial heritage of Jiangnan cement factory, the industrial building monomer and industrial landscape in the western production area are protected and reused.It provides reference for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in the future and for the large-scale protection and renewal of industrial heritage in other parts of China.The fifth chapter concludes that the paper summarizes the value of the industrial heritage of Jiangnan cement plant, and puts forward the strategy and design scheme for the protection and reuse of cultural relics at all levels.Some suggestions are put forward to transform the industrial heritage in this area into a sustainable open space with industrial characteristics, and the deficiencies in the research are also pointed out.
