居住区互动景观营造研究

【摘要】：随着社会的不断进步,我国城市化进程逐步加快,人们的居住水平得到了极大的提高,居住区的内部以及外部环境与人们的生活密切相关,人们已经不满足只是生活在良好的内部空间里,也开始越来越重视住宅建筑的外部整体环境和景观风貌,居住区的景观设计也越来越为开发商所重视,城市居住区的景观规划设计也为此呈现出了丰富多彩的繁荣景象。然而,我国很多居住区的景观环境并没有真正地从居民的需求出发,大部分居民选择宅在家中,在小区里也只是习惯于从小区门口到自家单元门口两点一线的活动,不愿意多走动几步与住区景观多一点互动,更加无法融入到景观中去。正因为如此,才会出现住在一个单元楼甚至是门对门,互不相识冷漠的邻里关系,存在这种现象的根本原因是设计师们把过多的精力放在了景观的外在形式上,或许设计师很用心,景观本身也具有趣味和特色,但是这样的景观设计没有真正走进居民的内心,没有让他们产生与之互动的心理,仅仅是停留在观赏的阶段,人和景观之间缺少了互动和参与,这样的景观环境不能给居民带来归属感,所以也不能称为适宜人居住的景观环境。互动性居住区景观建设是人居环境建设中的重要环节,目的是在于倡导人和人、人和自然生物之间平等、友好、融洽的睦邻关系,这样能够促进人类居住区向健康、美好的和谐社区方向发展。如果居住区居民之间缺乏社区交流活动,与居住区内景观也毫无互动和联系,这样的居住区尽管是不完善的,也是不健康的。所以,本文希望在居住区形成人与人、人与物间的良好互动,建立具有归属感的居住区景观环境。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the process of urbanization in our country has been accelerated gradually, the living level of people has been greatly improved, and the internal and external environment of residential area is closely related to people's life. People are not satisfied with just living in a good internal space, but also began to pay more and more attention to the external environment and landscape of residential buildings, residential landscape design is also more and more attention by developers, The landscape planning and design of urban residential areas also presents a colorful and prosperous scene. However, the landscape environment of many residential areas in our country has not really started from the needs of the residents. Most residents choose to stay at home, and in the residential areas, they are only accustomed to the activities of two points and one line from the gate of the residential area to the door of their unit. Do not want to move a few steps and residential landscape more interaction, and can not be integrated into the landscape. It is because of this that it is possible to live in a flat building or even in a door-to-door neighborhood, and the root cause of this phenomenon is that the designers put too much effort into the external form of the landscape. Perhaps the designer is very careful, the landscape itself also has the interest and the characteristic, but this kind of landscape design did not really enter the resident's heart, did not let them have the interaction psychology, just stayed in the viewing stage. There is a lack of interaction and participation between people and landscape, such landscape environment can not bring a sense of belonging to residents, so it can not be called a suitable landscape environment. The landscape construction of interactive residential area is an important link in the construction of human settlement environment. The purpose is to advocate equal, friendly and harmonious good-neighborly relations between human beings and natural creatures, so as to promote the development of human settlements towards health. If the residents of residential areas lack community communication activities, and there is no interaction and contact with the landscape of residential areas, such residential areas, although imperfect, is also unhealthy. Therefore, this paper hopes to form a good interaction between people and people, people and things in residential areas, and establish the landscape environment of residential areas with a sense of belonging.
