绵阳市近郊农业观光园发展研究

【摘要】：随着上世纪80年代观光农业在我国的兴起,大中城市周边的农业观光园得到了飞速发展,特别是北京、上海、广州等已经具备国际发展水平。农业观光产业的发展不仅可以满足城市居民的精神文化需求,也同时可以促进城市近郊乡村的发展,提高农民的收入,改善农业结构,有效推进城乡一体化的建设。本文通过文献整理研究探讨了城市近郊、农业观光园等相关概念,并对农业观光园的发展形式和理论基础等进行了系统性的概述和总结。本文对绵阳市近郊农业观光旅游发展的基础条件和发展特征加以分析,得出绵阳市近郊农业观光园数量众多,类型多样化,发展规模大小不一;绵阳市地域文化是促进近郊农业观光园发展的重要因素,科技文化、饮食文化、乡土文化和民族风情文化等地域文化对农业观光园发展的有着不同的积极影响;绵阳市近郊农业观光园对于社会经济、观光休闲、科技教育和生态环保方面都有着积极向上的作用;绵阳市近郊农业观光园的主要景观特色包括农业水体景观、乡村建筑景观、科技农业景观和植物群落景观。观光农业已经逐渐成为了绵阳市旅游产业的重要组成部分,但研究发现当前农业观光园的发展也出现了模式单一、资源开发各自为政、规划混乱等问题。最后笔者以实际参与的项目阐述了绵阳市近郊农业观光园的建设和发展特点,以及怎么在实际项目中解决绵阳市观光农业旅游所存在的问题,以希望为绵阳及川西北城市近郊农业观光园的发展提供实际的理论支撑和案例模式。
[Abstract]:With the rise of sightseeing agriculture in China in the 1980s, agricultural tourism parks around large and medium-sized cities have developed rapidly, especially in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and so on. The development of agricultural tourism industry can not only meet the spiritual and cultural needs of urban residents, but also promote the development of rural and urban areas, increase the income of farmers, improve the agricultural structure, and effectively promote the construction of urban-rural integration. In this paper, the related concepts of urban suburb and agricultural sightseeing garden are discussed, and the development form and theoretical basis of agricultural sightseeing park are systematically summarized and summarized in this paper. This paper analyzes the basic conditions and characteristics of the development of agricultural tourism in the suburbs of Mianyang, and draws a conclusion that the number of agricultural sightseeing parks in the suburbs of Mianyang is numerous, the types are diversified, and the development scale is different. The regional culture of Mianyang is an important factor to promote the development of the agricultural sightseeing garden in the suburbs. The regional culture of science and technology culture, diet culture, local culture and national customs culture have different positive effects on the development of agricultural sightseeing garden. The agricultural sightseeing park in the suburbs of Mianyang has a positive effect on social economy, sightseeing and leisure, science and technology education and ecological protection. The main landscape features of the agricultural sightseeing park in the suburbs of Mianyang include agricultural water landscape, rural architectural landscape, Scientific and technological agricultural landscape and plant community landscape. Tourism agriculture has gradually become an important part of the tourism industry in Mianyang, but the study found that the current development of agricultural tourism park also appeared a single model, resources development, planning confusion and other issues. Finally, the author expounds the characteristics of the construction and development of the agricultural tourism park in the suburbs of Mianyang, and how to solve the problems existing in the agricultural tourism of Mianyang city in the actual project. It provides practical theoretical support and case model for the development of agricultural sightseeing park in the suburbs of Mianyang and northwest Sichuan.
