基于生态恢复理念的城市工业废弃地景观更新研究

【摘要】：随着科技革新以及城市产业结构的调整,旧工厂的生产结构已经无法满足和适应现在的生产需求,故城市中出现越来越多由旧工业区迁出留下的闲置荒芜、无人管理甚至是已被污染、面临环境问题的工业废弃地。本文基于生态恢复的相关理念对城市工业废弃地的景观更新进行研究,试图探讨出相应的改造策略以解决工业废弃地所带来的城市用地紧张、生态环境破坏等问题。首先本文对城市工业废弃地的相关概念进行界定,提出城市工业废弃地的价值所在以及现存的问题从而体现其改造的必要性。其次以恢复生态学、景观设计等相关专业基础理论知识为背景,对城市工业废弃地生态恢复以及景观更新的理论进行梳理并将其运用于对国内外城市工业废弃地景观更新与生态恢复的前沿实例的解读并得出值得借鉴的改造更新的经验,进而总结出城市工业废弃地景观更新的相关策略从而为今后的城市工业废弃地景观改造设计提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the innovation of science and technology and the adjustment of the industrial structure of the city, the production structure of the old factory can no longer meet and adapt to the present production demand. Unmanaged even industrial wasteland that has been polluted and faced with environmental problems. Based on the concept of ecological restoration, this paper studies the landscape renewal of the industrial wasteland in cities, and tries to find out the corresponding strategies to solve the problems such as the shortage of urban land and the destruction of ecological environment caused by the industrial wasteland. Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts of the urban industrial wasteland, and puts forward the value of the urban industrial wasteland and the existing problems so as to reflect the necessity of its transformation. Secondly, with restoration ecology, landscape design and other related professional basic theoretical knowledge as the background, This paper combs the theory of ecological restoration and landscape renewal of urban industrial wasteland and applies it to the interpretation of the frontier examples of landscape renewal and ecological restoration of urban industrial wasteland both at home and abroad. And then summarizes the relevant strategies of landscape renewal of the urban industrial wasteland, thus providing reference for the landscape reconstruction design of the urban industrial wasteland in the future.
