万科模式的居住区景观人性化设计研究

【摘要】:回归“人本主义”思想进行人性化设计,是居住区景观设计的发展趋势和建设理想人居环境、实现居住者个人生活追求的有效途径。万科秉承以人为本的设计思想,铸就了众多优秀的景观楼盘,对万科模式的居住区景观人性化设计展开研究,可以深入理解万科模式的居住区景观特征和人性化设计。文章在分析归纳文献资料和实地调研的基础上,对万科模式作了概念界定及特点分析,简述了使用者对居住区景观的人性化需求。以杭州万科居住区为研究对象,立足于杭州万科居住区景观人性化设计的具体情况,以建筑层高将万科居住区分为别墅和低层排屋、多层、小高层和高层三大类型,确定了11个具有代表性的居住区为重点考查对象,结合使用者对居住区景观的人性化需求,从景观空间、交通组织、植物景观和活动交往空间四个维度调查分析杭州万科居住区人性化景观的建设现状。归纳总结万科模式的居住区人性化景观营造特点:1)景观空间因居住区类型不同呈现点群式、行列式和围合式三种布局形态,注重回家路线的空间组织;2)以平行式、内凹式和综合式三种入口形式营造不同的回家氛围,别墅和低层排屋车行交通发达,多层、小高层和高层步行系统发达;3)步行道植物景观丰富,宅间/宅旁绿地紧密结合建筑布局特点设计,公园绿地注重植物景观的延伸和功能空间设计;4)活动交往空间类型丰富,主要包括绿地空间、水体空间和广场空间。解析万科模式的居住区景观人性化设计的思路和方法,其基本思路是居住区、人、城市、自然和谐共存,具体方法包括:1)融入城市;2)融于自然;3)营造充满活力的住区生活;4)满足多层次人群的物质生活和精神生活需求。
[Abstract]:Returning to humanism is the development trend of landscape design of residential area and an effective way to construct ideal living environment and realize the pursuit of individual life. Vanke adheres to the people-oriented design idea, casting many excellent landscape buildings, the study of Vanke model residential landscape humanization design, can deeply understand the Vanke model of residential landscape characteristics and humanization design. Based on the analysis and induction of literature and field investigation, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of Vanke model, and briefly describes the humanized demand of users for residential landscape. Taking the Hangzhou Vanke residential district as the research object, based on the concrete situation of the landscape humanization design of Hangzhou Vanke residential district, the Vanke residential area is divided into three types: villas and low-rise houses, multi-story, small high-rise and high level. Determined 11 representative residential areas as the focus of the survey object, combined with the user's needs for residential landscape humanization, from the landscape space, traffic organization, Four dimensions of plant landscape and activity communication space were investigated and analyzed the present situation of construction of humanized landscape in Hangzhou Vanke Residential area. Summing up the humanized landscape construction characteristics of Vanke model: 1) the landscape space presents three kinds of layout patterns: point group type, determinant type and enclosure type, and pays attention to the space organization of home route (2) parallel type. Three kinds of entrances are concave and integrated to create different home atmosphere. The traffic of the villa and the lower row house is well developed, and the multi-storey, small and high level walking system is developed. 3) the walking path is rich in plant landscape. Residential / residential green space closely combined with architectural layout characteristics, park green space focus on the extension of plant landscape and functional space design. 4) activity space types are rich, mainly including green space, water space and square space. This paper analyzes the idea and method of humanized design of residential landscape in Vanke mode. The basic idea is harmonious coexistence of residential area, human, city and nature. The concrete methods include: 1) integrate into the city 2) melt into the nature 3) create a vigorous residential life 4) meet the material and spiritual life needs of the multi-level people.
