海南清澜半岛滨海旅游度假区公共活动中心设计研究

【摘要】：近三十年来,传统的标准图套用及大院按阶段设计的二维模式随着日新月异的建筑形式及空间的发展,已经显得越来越难以适应建筑设计的需求。传统的经济、实用并在可能的情况下注意美观的设计原则更无法适应当今市场的需要。建筑设计已经越来越成为全面思考、全面服务跟进及体现细节的跨工种、跨界的技术工作。本文以一个具备广泛性的建筑形式作为典型案例——海南文昌清澜半岛滨海旅游度假区公共活动中心,立足于作者的亲身参与,从设计概念的生成、设计方案的产生、深化设计的广泛协调工作一直到施工进程中的细节研究,直至实现建筑营建,对建筑设计的全过程进行阐述,来反映出建筑的设计思想在全程跟进的过程中是如何在不同的阶段、不同的细节研究中得以体现的。在案例解析中,文章结合了新加坡建筑的实地调研结果和海南传统建筑形式的研究以及关于人、建筑和环境之间的关系所作出的积极思考,对公共活动中心的基地、环境、空间、结构、材料等要素进行了深入分析;着重叙述了关于海南地区在永久性建筑上采用人造茅草屋面、新型仿木材料的应用工艺,并通过详细的构造节点图纸和建成照片给予技术支持;提出不同设计阶段下建筑设计的影响要素的改变以及实际的应对措施,以此表达出全程设计跟进的重要性。文章的最后作者根据此次在海南文昌清澜湾滨海度假旅游区公共活动中心的全程设计跟进过程中所得到的经验进行反思,结合个人对于建筑设计、环境、材料、技术方面的全新认识和理解,提出对于建筑设计从广度到深度的理解。希望在达到理论提升的同时能够带来今后设计上的提升。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, with the rapid development of the architectural form and space, the traditional standard drawing application and the two-dimension design of the compound according to stages have become more and more difficult to meet the needs of architectural design. Traditional economic, practical and, where possible, aesthetic design principles can not meet the needs of today's market. Architectural design has become more and more comprehensive thinking, comprehensive service follow-up and reflect the details of cross-work, cross-border technical work. This paper takes an extensive architectural form as a typical case-the public activity center of Hainan Wenchang Qinglan Peninsula coastal tourist resort, based on the personal participation of the author, from the generation of design concept and design scheme. Deepen the extensive coordination of the design until the construction process of the details of the study, until the realization of the building construction, the entire process of architectural design is described, To reflect the architectural design ideas in the whole process of follow-up is in different stages, different details of the study can be reflected. In the case analysis, the article combines the field research results of Singapore architecture and the study of Hainan traditional architectural forms and the positive thinking about the relationship between people, architecture and environment, the base of public activity center, the environment, Space, structure, material and other factors are analyzed deeply. The application technology of artificial thatch roof and new wood-imitating material in permanent building in Hainan area is described emphatically, and the technical support is given through detailed drawing of construction node and building photo. The influence factors of architectural design in different design stages and the actual countermeasures are put forward in order to express the importance of following up the whole design. At the end of the article, the author reflects on the experience gained in the following up process of the entire design of the public activity center of the Qinglan Bay Coastal Resort tourist area in Wenchang, Hainan Province, and combines personal views on architectural design, environment, and materials. New understanding and understanding of technical aspects, proposed for architectural design from breadth to depth of understanding. Hope to achieve theoretical improvement at the same time can bring about future design improvements.
