老年人社区中的宜居景观设计

【摘要】：在我国人口老龄现象加剧的背景下,国民养老保障面临重大挑战。本文将“宜居”的概念融入到环境景观设计中,建设一个以老年人为主要用户群体的社区作为老年人养老的场所,能够有效缓解我国养老难的问题,这是一种新型的养老模式,在这种模式下,老年人能够在熟悉的居住环境下养老更利于老年人安度晚年。因此,营造一个舒适宜人的社区环境,提高老年人生活水平,是一个具有重要意义的课题研究。随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,改善老年人生活品质迫在眉睫。现有的养老场所已经不能满足老年人群体的不同需求,本课题研究的创新点在于改变以往只能进行机构养老和居家养老的单一养老模式,将居住社区环境设计成具有一定养老作用的功能性景观,通过调查与研究表明,新形式的社区养老模式更适合我国国情。本文主要通过两大方面进行老年社区宜居景观设计研究:一、通过对老年人身体、心理、行为等多方面的研究,从老年人进行户外休闲活动的时间、地点总结出一定的规律,把为老年人服务作为课题研究的出发点和指导原则,在社区景观设计中加入人性化设计和无障碍化设计的理念,创建一个易于到达、易于识别的户外空间环境;二、基于我国基本国情以及我国老年人居住现状,提出了老年社区这一概念,这一新型的养老模式更有利于资源的合理利用,本课题运用了理论与实践相结合的方法,通过调查研究国内外的一些老年社区的实际案例,将具有代表性的案例与设计案例进行对比分析,从中汲取好的设计理念,最后归纳总结出一套更完美的设计方法,对我国未来老年社区景观设计具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the aggravation of the aging population in China, the national old-age security is facing a great challenge. In this paper, the concept of "livable" is integrated into the environmental landscape design, and the construction of a community with the elderly as the main user group as a place for the elderly to provide for the aged can effectively alleviate the problem of pension difficulties in China, which is a new pension model. In this mode, the elderly can live in a familiar environment more conducive to the elderly to spend their old age. Therefore, creating a comfortable and pleasant community environment and improving the living standards of the elderly is an important research topic. With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, it is urgent to improve the quality of life of the elderly. The existing place for the aged can no longer meet the different needs of the elderly. The innovation of this research is to change the single old-age model, which can only be used for institutional and home old-age care. The residential community environment is designed as a functional landscape with certain pension function. Through investigation and research, it is shown that the new mode of community pension is more suitable for the national conditions of our country. This paper mainly through two aspects of the elderly community livable landscape design research: first, through the elderly physical, psychological, behavior and other aspects of research, from the elderly outdoor leisure time, place summed up a certain law. Taking the service for the elderly as the starting point and guiding principle of the research, the concept of humanized design and barrier-free design is added to the community landscape design to create an easily accessible and recognizable outdoor space environment. Second, based on the basic national conditions of our country and the living situation of the elderly in our country, this paper puts forward the concept of the elderly community, which is more conducive to the rational use of resources. This topic uses the method of combining theory with practice. Through investigating and studying some actual cases of the aged community at home and abroad, comparing and analyzing the representative cases and the design cases, drawing from the good design idea, finally summing up a set of more perfect design methods. It has certain guiding significance to the future landscape design of the elderly community in our country.
