基于老年人与儿童心理需求分析的商业建筑开放空间景观设计研究

【摘要】:近年来我国的商业实体经济受到网络消费的冲击,造成商业地产及商业建筑开放空间景观的开发和设计也同样遭遇了瓶颈。本文立足于对商业建筑开放空间景观设计的研究,以有效地促进城市实体经济的复苏,同时改善城市开放空间的整体面貌,使商业公共空间转变为聚集人气,城市标志,文化教育等多功能于一体的高品质综合商业服务区。本文通过对人性化尺度的空间塑造和基于儿童和老年人心理需求的自然式休憩场所的营造,把老年人与儿童吸引进来,进而吸引来整个家庭,将家庭消费变为商业实体经济的主要目标人群。一方面让老年人增强信心。重新振作。激发儿童的好奇心、创造力和独立学习的能力,让孩子们的生理和心理更加健康。另一方面也让实体商业更适合家庭消费,让商业建筑开放空间成为家庭交流信息和娱乐休闲的重要场所;通过对商业建筑开放空间,以及儿童与老年人在开放空间中的行为模式及相关环境心理学等方面的学术文献进行了全面的研究及整理。结合研究世界商业建筑开放空间景观设计前沿,分析我国商业建筑开放空间营造中存在的误区和不足之处,对我国建筑商业开放空间景观建设提供参考和建议;结合北京和天津地区的实际案例调查分析,采用实物拍照、群众访谈等方法获得第一手资料。分析其值得借鉴学习的部分和存在的问题,进一步总结提炼了满足老年人与儿童心理需求的商业建筑开放空间景观的设计策略及重点。探索了商业建筑开放空间景观设计的新模式;在理论及实地调查分析的基础上,结合北京市唐拉雅秀商业酒店开放空间景观设计案例实践,探索本文所研究的设计理论的实际应用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the commercial entity economy of our country is impacted by the network consumption, which makes the development and design of the open space landscape of commercial real estate and commercial building also meet the bottleneck. This paper is based on the research on the landscape design of open space of commercial buildings, in order to effectively promote the recovery of urban real economy, at the same time, improve the overall appearance of urban open space, so that the commercial public space can be transformed into a popular city symbol. Culture, education and other functions in one of the high-quality integrated business service area. Through the space shaping of humanized scale and the construction of natural rest place based on the psychological needs of children and the elderly, this paper draws the elderly and children in, and then attracts the whole family. Turn household consumption into the main target group of the commercial real economy. On the one hand, let old people strengthen confidence. Pick yourself up. Stimulate children's curiosity, creativity and ability to learn independently, and make them physically and psychologically healthier. On the other hand, it also makes the entity business more suitable for the family consumption, and makes the open space of the commercial building become the important place for the family to exchange information and entertainment and leisure. This paper makes a comprehensive research on the open space of commercial buildings, the behavior patterns of children and the elderly in open space and the related environmental psychology. Combined with the research of the frontier of the open space landscape design of the commercial buildings in the world, this paper analyzes the misunderstandings and deficiencies in the construction of the open space of the commercial buildings in our country, and provides references and suggestions for the construction of the open space landscape of the commercial buildings in our country. Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual cases in Beijing and Tianjin, the first-hand materials were obtained by means of physical photographs and mass interviews. Based on the analysis of the learning part and the existing problems, the design strategies and emphases of the open space landscape of commercial buildings which meet the psychological needs of the elderly and children are summarized and refined. The new model of open space landscape design of commercial buildings is explored. On the basis of theory and field investigation, combined with the practice of open space landscape design of Tanglaixiu Commercial Hotel in Beijing, this paper explores the practical application of the design theory studied in this paper.
