同绿道结合的慢行系统空间规划策略初探

【摘要】:当前我国正经历城镇化转型时期,生态文明建设开始取得前所未有的关注,绿道网络和慢行系统建设已成为我国绿色规划实践的重要路径之一。在实践过程中二者的空间路径一绿道和慢行系统空间往往会形成交叉或共线的结合状态,形成特殊的空间类型——同绿道结合的慢行系统空间。同绿道结合的慢行系统空间研究和规划在目前尚属一个比较新的事物,在当前绿道和慢行系统建设热潮中,对这一特殊空间类型的研究尚未大规模展开。本研究正是针对这一新空间类型展开的规划和研究,主要成果包括上篇工程报告和下篇研究报告两个部分:1.上篇工程报告:深圳观澜河生态文化走廊规划设计在对廊道两侧整体区域进行综合分析的基础上,对与观澜河绿道结合的慢行系统空间进行系统性规划建构,接着对生态廊道的重要地区进行详细设计。2下篇研究报告:同绿道结合的慢行系统空间规划策略初探总结当前绿道和慢行系统空间的研究实践脉络,明确慢行系统空间的概念内涵和分类标准,并在此基础上明确了同绿道结合的慢行系统空间的基本特点和规划要求;对典型案例进行分析,剖析当前实践中的经验和不足:以建立“工具箱”为目的建构空间规划策略:在“空间建构、交通组织、功能策划、景观设计和设施配套”的规划环节框架中分别建立规划流程和策略“类型谱库”,根据不同类型慢行系统空间的空间需求差异对不同策略类型进行组织整合,形成因类而异的规划策略。最后将研究提出的规划策略运用与工程项目中,进行实证运用并取得实践反馈。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is going through the period of urbanization transformation, and the construction of ecological civilization has begun to get unprecedented attention. The construction of green road network and slow system has become one of the important paths of green planning practice in our country. In the process of practice, the spatial path of the two-green track and slow-moving system space will often form a cross or collinear combination state, forming a special spatial type-the slow-moving system space combined with the green track. The spatial research and planning of slow-moving system combined with greenway is still a relatively new thing at present. In the current boom of greenway and slow-moving system construction, the research on this special spatial type has not yet been carried out on a large scale. This study is aimed at this new space type of planning and research, the main results include the previous engineering report and the next research report two parts: 1. The last project report: based on the comprehensive analysis of the whole area on both sides of the corridor, the planning and design of the ecological and cultural corridor of Shenzhen Mission Hills River carries on the systematic planning and construction of the slow-moving system space combined with the Mission Hills Green Road. Then the important areas of the ecological corridor are designed in detail. 2 the second research report: the spatial planning strategy of the slow system combined with the green road summarizes the current research practice of the green road and the slow system space. This paper clarifies the concept connotation and classification standard of slow system space, and on this basis, clarifies the basic characteristics and planning requirements of slow system space combined with greenway. This paper analyzes the typical cases, analyzes the experience and shortcomings in the current practice: to construct the spatial planning strategy for the purpose of establishing the "toolbox": in "spatial construction, traffic organization, functional planning, In the framework of the planning link of landscape design and facility matching, the planning process and strategy "type spectrum base" are established respectively, and the different strategy types are organized and integrated according to the spatial demand difference of different types of slow-moving system space. Form planning strategies that vary from type to type. Finally, the planning strategy and engineering project will be used empirically and get practical feedback.
