沙漠机器人多模式通信系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:土地沙漠化和沙漠资源的合理开发利用是当前人们亟待解决的重要问题。为了研究沙漠环境、利用沙漠资源人们采取了多种方式对沙漠环境进行了长期监测。近年来,随着机器人技术的发展人们设计了专门用于沙漠腹地环境监测的机器人,用以替代传统人工监测和设备定点监测的方式。相比人工和设备定点监测,利用机器人监测环境可扩大监测范围、延长监测时间,大大提高了工作效率。通过沙漠机器人深入沙漠腹地对沙漠环境信息进行采集分析,使人们可以实时了解沙漠环境状态,这对于降低土地沙漠化的蔓延速度以及合理开发利用沙漠资源提供了重要的数据信息。为了使沙漠机器人能够在沙漠腹地进行可靠、稳定的数据通信,实现沙漠环境信息数据的实时采集,并实现机器人远程控制以及多台沙漠机器人的网络组建,设计了沙漠机器人多模式通信系统。论文所设计的沙漠机器人多模式通信系统以沙漠腹地环境信息采集系统为背景,以沙漠环境探测机器人为基本硬件平台,利用数传电台、ZigBee通信、GPRS数据通信和GPS定位等技术,选用C8051F023单片机作为系统主控制器,实现了多种不同无线技术下的组网和数据通信,并利用GPS技术实现了系统的定位和防盗功能。论文首先确定了沙漠机器人多模式通信系统的总体结构,然后分别提出了主、从通信模块、定位防盗模块和供电模块的具体设计方案,并设计了硬件电路。其次设计了通信系统的通信协议,包括网络地址划分、数据包结构以及数据包处理的具体流程并利用C语言设计了系统软件。与此同时还对定位及防盗功能进行了方案设计和软件设计。最后对沙漠机器人多模式通信系统进行了测试,并对测试结果进行分析。通过对沙漠机器人多模式通信系统的实验及测试表明,通信系统性能满足沙漠机器人通信的要求。论文所设计的沙漠机器人多模式通信系统已应用于实际项目中,系统工作稳定。
[Abstract]:Land desertification and rational development and utilization of desert resources are important problems to be solved urgently. In order to study desert environment, people use desert resources to monitor desert environment for a long time. In recent years, with the development of robot technology, robots have been designed for environmental monitoring in the hinterland of desert, which can replace the traditional manual monitoring and equipment fixed-point monitoring. Compared with manual and equipment fixed-point monitoring, using robot monitoring environment can expand the monitoring range, prolong the monitoring time, and greatly improve the work efficiency. The desert environment information can be collected and analyzed by desert robot in the hinterland of desert, so that people can understand the state of desert environment in real time, which provides important data information for reducing the spread speed of land desertification and rational development and utilization of desert resources. In order to enable the desert robot to carry out reliable and stable data communication in the desert hinterland, to realize the real-time collection of desert environment information data, and to realize the remote control of the robot and the network construction of several desert robots, a multi-mode communication system of desert robot is designed. The multi-mode communication system of desert robot designed in this paper takes the desert environment information acquisition system as the background, takes the desert environment detection robot as the basic hardware platform, uses the technology of data transmission station, ZigBee communication, GPRS data communication and GPS positioning, selects C8051F023 single chip microcomputer as the main controller of the system, and realizes the networking and data communication under many different wireless technologies. The positioning and anti-theft function of the system is realized by using GPS technology. In this paper, the overall structure of desert robot multi-mode communication system is determined, and then the design schemes of master, slave communication module, positioning anti-theft module and power supply module are put forward respectively, and the hardware circuit is designed. Secondly, the communication protocol of the communication system is designed, including network address partition, packet structure and the specific flow of packet processing, and the system software is designed by using C language. At the same time, the scheme design and software design of positioning and anti-theft function are carried out. Finally, the multi-mode communication system of desert robot is tested, and the test results are analyzed. The experiment and test of desert robot multi-mode communication system show that the performance of the communication system meets the requirements of desert robot communication. The desert robot multi-mode communication system designed in this paper has been applied to the actual project, and the system works stably.
