论常玉的绘画成就和市场神话

【摘要】:常玉,20世纪初留学日本、巴黎,他是中国籍的“巴黎画派”成员,是享有盛誉的国际现代艺术大师之一;是我国现代绘画的奠基人和开拓者,不论是其艺术风格创新还是在艺术实践方面,在中国现、当代美术史中都有着不可忽视的地位。常玉以中国文人的意境展现绘画的趣味,以现代诗意语言融入到巴黎画派之中,其人格和艺术都具有独创性、先锋性和现代性,是中国美术现代性的另类特征。为中外现代艺术的研究和创作提供了可资可鉴的范例。与同时期留学法国的徐悲鸿、林风眠相较,常玉曾一度被美术史和艺术市场忽视和淡忘,而近几年其艺术作品被掀起拍卖热潮并创造出华人油画的神话,在港、台及国际拍卖会上,其艺术作品每每成为收藏家抢购的焦点,实与其艺术成就在终极意义上的价值归属是分不开的。 文章从社会学、哲学、文化历史学、市场经济学、美学等多维视角,综合运用文献研究、比较研究、图像研究等方法对常玉的艺术观、艺术成就进行了较为系统的论证,从文本和作品对应分析两方面梳理和论证“常玉风格”的形成过程及理论价值。文章分析阐述了“常玉风格”产生和形成的人文背景,包括二十世纪初期的文化变革,中国美术在中两艺术融合中的演进和发展等;通过对常玉不同时期的艺术实践和探索以及与同时代大师在艺术思想上的交流和碰撞,深入剖析了常玉艺术观形成的缘因及其蕴藏的文化意义;再从常玉不同时期创作的艺术作品入手,以中国文人精神与现代艺术转换呈现出的不同特点,诸如具有东方情韵的书写式绘画风格、表现主义和象征主义的手法在画作中的运用以及作品中东方绘画元素的融入等,分析其在粉色、黑色时期艺术观的传承、嬗变和完善,从融合到转换而呈现出时代和个性特征的“常玉风格”。文章通过广泛索证论述了常玉艺术成就在美术史上的地位和作品创造市场神话的必然性。他的成就对巴黎画坛及中国现代艺术的发展的影响,丰富和延展了中国美术现代性的内容和边界,走出了一条中国式或东方式的现代绘画之路。最后总结在艺术品市场蓬勃发展的今天,呼吁提升收藏与观赏的体验,进入艺术家的心灵世界,挖掘艺术生命的秘密和具有的艺术规律性的价值指向和真正的内涵和精神,,加深我们对艺术作品欣赏的感受,为关注国内现、当代艺术、艺术家的人们提供认知作用
[Abstract]:He studied in Paris and Japan in the early 20th century. He was a member of the "Paris School" of Chinese nationality and one of the internationally renowned masters of modern art. He was the founder and pioneer of Chinese modern painting. Whether it is its artistic style innovation or art practice, it has an important position in the contemporary art history in China. Changyu shows the interest of painting in the artistic conception of Chinese literati, and melts into Paris painting school with modern poetic language. Its personality and art are originality, vanguard and modernity, which are the alternative features of Chinese art modernity. It provides an instructive example for the research and creation of Chinese and foreign modern art. Lin Fengmian, by contrast, Changyu was once neglected and forgotten by art history and the art market. In recent years, his works of art have been auctioned off and created the myth of Chinese oil paintings, at Hong Kong, Taiwan and international auctions. Their works of art often become the focus of collectors' rush purchase, which is inseparable from the ultimate value attribution of their artistic achievements. From the perspective of sociology, philosophy, cultural history, market economy, aesthetics and so on, this paper systematically demonstrates Changyu's artistic view and achievement by using the methods of literature research, comparative study and image study. This paper discusses the formation process and theoretical value of Changyu style from two aspects of text and work correspondence analysis. The article analyzes and expounds the humanistic background of the emergence and formation of Changyu style, including the cultural transformation in the beginning of 20th century. The evolution and development of Chinese art in the fusion of Chinese and Chinese art, through the artistic practice and exploration in different periods of Changyu, as well as the exchange and collision of artistic thoughts with the contemporary masters, This paper deeply analyzes the causes of the formation of Changyu's artistic concept and its cultural significance, and then starts with the artistic works created by Changyu in different periods, and presents different characteristics in the transformation between Chinese literati spirit and modern art. Such as the style of writing painting with oriental charm, the application of expressionism and symbolism in the painting, and the integration of the elements of oriental painting in the works, the inheritance, evolution and perfection of the artistic view in the pink and black period are analyzed. The article discusses the status of Changyu's artistic achievement in art history and the inevitability of creating market myth of his works through extensive evidence. The influence of painting world and the development of Chinese modern art, It enriches and extends the content and boundary of the modernity of Chinese fine arts, and goes out of the way of modern painting of Chinese style or eastern style. Finally, in the booming art market today, it calls for the promotion of the experience of collecting and viewing. Enter the artist's spiritual world, excavate the secret of art life and the value direction and true connotation and spirit of art regularity, deepen our feeling of appreciation of art works, in order to pay attention to the present situation in China, contemporary art, Artists' people provide cognitive functions
