宋代翰林图画院管理研究

【摘要】：在北宋战争纷乱的情况下，其统治者依照前制设立翰林图画院并进行有效管理，画院的绘画创作给后代留下了丰富的遗存。本文从艺术管理学的角度研究宋代翰林图画院的管理状况。第一部分主要研究的是宋画院设立的条件，及其发展演变过程；第二部分研究的是宋代画院管理者及管理机构等管理主体；第三部分研究的是画院职能管理机制，主要包括人才选聘机制、院画家的任职管理情况、院画家的主要工作职责以及日常生活管理等等；第四部分是对最具代表性的管理模式——画学取士的研究；第五部分是对院画典藏管理的研究；最后一部分则是对宋代翰林图画院管理的总结，并从中得到一定的启示。
[Abstract]:In the case of the Northern Song War, its rulers established and managed the Hanlin painting Academy according to the former system, and the painting creation of the painting Academy left a rich legacy for future generations.This paper studies the management of Han Lin drawing Institute in Song Dynasty from the angle of art management.The first part mainly studies the conditions for the establishment of the Song painting Academy and its development and evolution process; the second part studies the management bodies such as the managers and management institutions of the Song Dynasty painting Academy; the third part studies the function management mechanism of the painting Academy.It mainly includes the mechanism of talent selection and employment, the position management of college painters, the main work responsibilities of college painters and the daily life management, etc. The fourth part is the research on the most representative management model-painting scholars;The last part is a summary of the management of Han Lin painting institute in the Song Dynasty, from which some enlightenment is obtained.
