基于眼动仪的人物画审美研究

【摘要】:心理学研究表明,人们接收到的信息几乎全部来自视觉系统。人物画艺术家似乎深谙这一点,他们用多样化的艺术手法表达自己的思想也吸引观察者的眼球,使观察者产生不同的审美体验。眼动数据的研究作为视觉心理学研究的一种非常有效的范型,已经在诸多领域得到了应用而专门针对艺术作品审美领域的研究目前国内基本处于空白,有待于探讨。因此,本文通过眼动实验,旨在对人物画的审美特点进行初步的研究。 本文选择的实验素材日本画家铃木春信的作品。我们用PhotoShop软件在原画的基础上在某些细节上做了简单的数字操作修改,得到七副用于对比实验的人物画。我们在每幅画中划定某些重点区域为兴趣区(AOI),选取AOI中的注视时间,注视次数和注视点三个眼动指标的实测数据。结合语义差别法获得的审美偏好的量化数据,我们对这两类数据的统计分析,最终得到以下结论: (一)人物画的审美过程的关注模式遵从一些共同的原则,但不同的人又表现出差异性。差异和受试者的先验知识有关系,取决于他看原始版和修改版的先后顺序。 (二)受试者审美过程中对人物画中的人物存在的某种联系的知觉判断会直接影响他们的审美偏好,这点可以在实测眼动数据中反映出来 (三)受试者对人物画中人物社会关系的判断决定了他们了审美偏好。 最后,我们将眼动数据与审美偏好数据进行相关分析,发现两者显著相关,,证明了客观的眼动数据和主观的审美偏好之前具有一致性。我们的研究跨越了科学和艺术的鸿沟,对人物画以及类似风格艺术作品的美学研究有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Psychological research shows that almost all the information people receive comes from the visual system. Figure painting artists seem to understand this point, they use a variety of artistic techniques to express their thoughts also attracted the observer's attention, so that the observer produced different aesthetic experience. As a very effective paradigm in visual psychology, the study of eye movement data has been applied in many fields, but the research on aesthetic field of art works is basically blank in our country at present, which needs to be discussed. Therefore, through the eye movement experiment, this paper aims to make a preliminary study on the aesthetic characteristics of the figure painting. The experimental materials selected in this paper are the works of Japanese painter Suzuki Chunxin. We use Photoshop software on the basis of the original painting on the basis of some of the details of the simple digital operation modification to get seven pairs of portrait for comparison experiment. In each painting, some key areas of interest are designated as AOIs, and the measured data of three eye movement indexes, such as fixation time, fixation frequency and fixation point, are selected in AOI. Based on the quantitative data of aesthetic preference obtained by semantic difference method, we analyze these two kinds of data and finally get the following conclusions: (1) the pattern of attention in the aesthetic process of figure painting follows some common principles. But different people show differences. The difference is related to the transcendental knowledge of the subject, depending on the order in which he sees the original version and the revised version. (2) the perception judgment of a certain connection between the characters in the figure painting in the subject's aesthetic process will directly affect their aesthetic preference. This can be reflected in the measured eye movement data. (3) the subjects' judgment on the relationship between the characters in the figure determines their aesthetic preference. Finally, we analyze the relationship between the eye movement data and the aesthetic preference data. The significant correlation between them proves that objective eye movement data and subjective aesthetic preference are consistent. Our research has crossed the gap between science and art and has certain guiding significance for the aesthetic research of figure painting and similar works of art.
