[Abstract]:Posters have distinct agitation which makes them become the most powerful weapon of political propaganda and the most effective way for the ruling party to transform social consciousness and propagate revolutionary ideas. In this paper, the propaganda painting, especially the propaganda painting of the Cultural Revolution, is combed and summarized, so as to analyze how to treat the propaganda painting in today's art. First of all, from the background of our country's political posters, we can understand the concept of posters; secondly, through the analysis of the content theme, artistic image and color composition of posters, we can understand the element symbols and symbolic meanings of posters. Then contrasts the popular aesthetic taste in the different time performance, reflects the propaganda painting change process as well as the present propaganda painting commercial use and "spoof". This paper focuses on the last chapter, through the analysis of the development of contemporary Chinese art and contemporary artists to deconstruct and reshape some works of art, thus showing posters and their elements. How are symbols used and developed by today's artists? After accepting the influence of western art trend, Chinese contemporary artists began to seek suitable painting methods in traditional art. They absorb the essence of symbol form in posters, abandon its single formulaic dregs, deconstruct it, and make it have strong visual effect and modern breath. All kinds of the "Cultural Revolution" have now become the form representatives of the new Chinese art. The posters written by today's artists are full of rebellious spirit, and the artists have injected new vitality into the posters. It also evokes collective nostalgia for past memories. As an inreproducible art form, posters leave us long-term thinking and unlimited value.
