【摘要】:本文以社会音乐教育的视角来解读琴行办学这一社会现象。通过对于琴行经营者、社会音乐教师、和学生家长的走访,通过调查问卷的形式、访谈的形式、以及笔者本身作为一名社会音乐教师的亲身经历和感受等,来总结和归纳出琴行办学这一社会音乐现象产生的原因、存在的特点、与学校音乐教育之间的关系、以及琴行办学存在的问题和解决途径等等。 通过对于琴行办学状况的调研,可以清晰地看出,在当今社会生活中,琴行办学模式确实在一定程度上满足了人们对于音乐艺术学习的需求和提高自身修养、素质的需要,填补了社会音乐教育领域办学主体缺失的空白,其在提高人们的精神文化水平方面的作用是值得肯定的。同时应当意识到,作为琴行,一定要有社会责任感,争取做到“以商养学,以学促商,以赏兴乐”。琴行不仅仅是要销售乐器,培训音乐技能,还要进行文化传播,让更多的人通过音乐改变自己的人生。作为社会音乐教师应当提高自身的专业水平和教学水平。家长应当以平和的、长远发展的心态来看待孩子的学艺之路。专业音乐团体应当利用自身的资源优势和发展平台投入到社会音乐教育当中去。社会团体的加入也为发展社会音乐教育提供了另‘种全新的思路。同时我们也应该意识到,由于琴行的市场化运作,追求最大化的利益始终是其存在的根本,因此难免会导致为了追求利益的最大化,从而降低其办学质量和教学质量的情况发生。这就需要给予琴行办学必要的监管,当然实行这一监管职能的最佳人选就是政府部门,政府相关部门应当承担起保障社会音乐教育健康发展的责任,对琴行办学进行必要的监督和规范。
[Abstract]:This paper interprets this social phenomenon from the perspective of social music education. Through the interviews with piano operators, social music teachers, and parents of students, through the form of questionnaires and interviews, as well as the personal experience and feelings of the author as a social music teacher, etc. To sum up and sum up the causes of the social music phenomenon, the characteristics of the existence, the relationship between the music education and the music education, as well as the problems existing in the school and the ways to solve the problems and so on. At the same time, we should realize that as a piano company, we must have a sense of social responsibility and strive to "promote business by business, promote business by learning, and enjoy music". Piano companies not only sell musical instruments, train musical skills, but also spread culture so that more people change their lives through music. As a social music teacher, we should improve their professional level and teaching level. Parents should take a peaceful and long-term attitude towards their children's learning skills. Professional music groups should use their own resources and development platform to invest in social music education. The addition of social groups also provides a new way of thinking for the development of social music education. At the same time, we should also realize that because of the market-oriented operation of the piano industry, the pursuit of maximum interests is always the root of its existence, so it will inevitably lead to the pursuit of maximization of interests. In order to reduce its school quality and teaching quality of the situation occurred. It is necessary to give the piano companies the necessary supervision. Of course, the best candidate for this supervisory function is the government department.
