简论灾后重建中如何促进绵阳高等音乐教育事业的发展

【摘要】：灾后恢复和重建工作将是我省今后一个时期经济建设的重点之一,对于高校来说也将面临着巨大的挑战和机遇。本文针对川西北地区受灾和恢复重建的现状,从高等艺术院校参与国际多元化合作的战略新视角,论述了绵阳师范学院应如何在灾后文化重建中不断提高自身的教学科研实力,坚持走国际化办学的道路,加强校地科研联合,开辟与国际先进教育理念逐渐接轨、教学科研及艺术实践活动与地方音乐文化重建相结合的新路,大力促进绵阳及川西北地区高等音乐教育事业的全面发展。
[Abstract]:The work of post-disaster recovery and reconstruction will be one of the key points of economic construction in the future period of our province, and it will also face great challenges and opportunities for colleges and universities. This paper aims at the situation of disaster and recovery and reconstruction in Northwest Sichuan. From the new strategic angle of art colleges' participation in international diversified cooperation, this paper discusses how Mianyang normal University should continuously improve its teaching and scientific research strength in the reconstruction of post-disaster culture, and adhere to the way of internationalized running schools. Strengthen the combination of school and land research, open up a new way to integrate with the international advanced education concept, teaching, scientific research and art practice with the reconstruction of local music and culture. To promote the overall development of higher music education in Mianyang and northwest Sichuan.
