【摘要】：正音乐界的"金字塔",是一块块巨石由塔基一层一层地铺筑到塔身、塔顶的。位于塔尖的往往是闻名遐迩、享誉海内外的著名作曲家、指挥家、演奏家、歌唱家,处于塔身和塔基者则常常是知名度不广、为数众多的音乐家以及默默无闻的基层音乐工作者。但是,他们对于音乐文化事业的繁荣和发展都做出了各自应有的重要贡献。于仲德先生可以说是我国音乐界的一座"无字碑"。于仲德(1936—2008)的音乐职务有队长、院长、主席三个"头衔"。因为他曾经担任过济南市歌舞团乐队队长、山东
