【摘要】: 钢琴演奏是一种涉及人类多种感知觉活动的复合系统,它与人类的心理活动有着密切的联系,它包括诸多心理因素,钢琴演奏依赖于大脑各神经系统的协调作用,而紧张心理是直接影响演奏者心理状态和大脑对肌体控制的主要原因,克服紧张心理是钢琴演奏的关健问题。紧张心理是钢琴演奏中一个非常值得重视的问题,它是由多种复杂原因引起的一种特殊心理状态。一般来说,演奏者在一定的条件下有紧张心理反应是正常的,适度的紧张心理不会影响演奏效果,而过度的紧张心理却会给演奏者带来很大的表演障碍。紧张心理会影响人类正常的心理活动与大脑对肌体的控制,它会使人脑活动的灵活性和心智的思辨性受到阻碍,干扰钢琴演奏者的技术发挥和音乐表现。在平时练习时和上台演奏时,通过正确的思想认识和科学的训练方法,了解自己在演奏时紧张焦虑心理产生的原因和行为表现,相信自身具备的优势和潜力,最大效能的发挥自身的主观能动性,以平常心坦然面对演奏过程中的得与失,将紧张和焦躁的情绪反应条件控制合适的程度,并为我所用是学习演奏任何一种乐器的最佳心里状态。演奏者本人是演奏中一切消极心理反应的制造者和调控者,不要过多寄希望于外界的帮助,相信自己,依靠自己是解决演奏中紧张焦躁情绪的最佳途径。
[Abstract]:Piano playing is a kind of complex system which involves a variety of human perceptual activities. It is closely related to human psychological activities. It includes many psychological factors. Piano playing depends on the coordination of the brain and the nervous system. Tension is the main reason that directly affects the player's psychological state and brain control over the body. Overcoming the tension is the key problem in piano playing. Tension is a very important problem in piano playing. It is a special state of mind caused by many complicated reasons. Generally speaking, it is normal for players to have nervous psychological reaction under certain conditions. Moderate nervousness will not affect the performance effect, but excessive nervousness will bring great performance obstacles to players. Tension will affect human normal psychological activities and brain control over the body, it will hinder the flexibility of human brain activity and mental speculation, and interfere with piano players' technical performance and musical performance. When practicing and performing on stage, through correct thinking and scientific training methods, we can understand the causes and behavior of their anxiety and nervousness, and believe in their own advantages and potentials. To maximize the effectiveness of their own subjective initiative, in order to calm the performance process in the face of gain and loss, the tension and anxiety of emotional reaction conditions to control the appropriate degree, And what I use is to learn to play any musical instrument in the best state of mind. The performer himself is the maker and regulator of all negative psychological reactions in the performance. Don't rely too much on the help of the outside world, believe in yourself, and rely on yourself as the best way to solve the nervous and anxious feelings in the performance.
