高职医专护理专业大学生音乐审美教育的研究

【摘要】: 护理美学教育是专业护士培养课程中的新兴学科,在医学专业教育中,对护士整体素质的全面塑造已经体现出越来越重要的作用。音乐审美教育作为高校美育的重要途径,对于护理专业学生的全面和谐发展有着重大的意义和作用。 深入调查高职医专音乐审美教育的现状之后,作者认为医专护理专业学生对音乐审美的基本概念、特征、常识、内容认知等各方面均十分模糊,审美素质低下;对音乐审美活动地位的认识不足,对音乐审美活动的作用和必要性没有充分认识,参加音乐审美活动的积极性不高;基本乐理常识和中西方音乐知识贫乏;审美能力还停留在自发产生、自然演化的阶段,缺乏系统的音乐审美能力培养。究其原因,除中小学的应试教育未能为学生打下良好的音乐审美能力基础之外,护理专业的教师和学生普遍对音乐审美教育的意义认识不足;学校领导不重视音乐审美教育,软硬件都不能给于足够支持;管理不到位;学生、教师和校务决策者对音乐审美教育的错误认识等等均是学生音乐审美素质低下的重要原因。 为此,作者制订了高职医专护理专业大学生音乐审美教育的实施措施。主要包括:设置选修课程,精选音乐理论课内容,保证教育质量;加强音乐审美教育与其他学科的联系;注重民族音乐审美的培养;开设护理专业的特色音乐疗法课;选配专职音乐教师;组建音乐社团;开展丰富多采的音乐活动;结合专业开展审美教学竞赛活动等。通过这些教改手段,医专护理专业学生形成了较全面地感受音乐美的能力,扩大了审美视野,提高了审美素质:学生对美的鉴别能力大幅提高,在音乐欣赏过程中能够充分感受音乐之美,正确理解音乐;学生能够自觉抵制粗俗,追求高雅;学生人格得到了完善,心灵得到了净化;学生的创造性思维得到了激发,思维空间获得了拓展,学习效率明显提高。通过音乐潜移默化的影响,还能够帮助护理专业学生树立正确的人生观和价值观。
[Abstract]:Nursing aesthetics education is a new subject in the course of professional nurse training. In medical education, the overall shaping of nurses' overall quality has become more and more important. As an important way of aesthetic education in colleges and universities, music aesthetic education plays an important role in the comprehensive and harmonious development of nursing students. After deeply investigating the present situation of music aesthetic education in higher vocational medical college, the author thinks that the basic concept, characteristics, common sense and content cognition of music appreciation among medical college nursing students are very vague, and the aesthetic quality is low. Lack of understanding of the position of music aesthetic activities, lack of full understanding of the role and necessity of music aesthetic activities, lack of enthusiasm to participate in music aesthetic activities, lack of basic music theory and knowledge of Chinese and Western music; Aesthetic ability is still in the stage of spontaneous production and natural evolution, lacking of systematic cultivation of musical aesthetic ability. The reason is that, except that the exam-oriented education in primary and secondary schools can not lay a good foundation for students' musical aesthetic ability, the teachers and students of nursing major generally have insufficient understanding of the significance of music aesthetic education, and the school leaders do not attach importance to music aesthetic education. Both hardware and software can not give enough support; management is not in place; students, teachers and school decision makers on the wrong understanding of music aesthetic education are the important reasons for students' low aesthetic quality of music. Therefore, the author worked out the implementation measures of music aesthetic education for college students majoring in nursing in higher vocational colleges. The main contents include: setting up elective courses, selecting the contents of music theory courses to ensure the quality of education; strengthening the relationship between music aesthetic education and other disciplines; paying attention to the cultivation of national music aesthetics; setting up special music therapy courses for nursing specialty; Select full-time music teachers; set up music associations; carry out rich and varied music activities; combine professional aesthetic teaching competition activities and so on. Through these means of teaching reform, nursing students in medical college have formed the ability to feel the beauty of music in an all-round way, expanded their aesthetic field of vision and improved their aesthetic quality: the students' ability to distinguish beauty has been greatly improved. In the process of music appreciation, students can fully feel the beauty of music and correctly understand music; students can consciously resist vulgarity and pursue elegance; students' personality has been improved and their hearts have been purified; students' creative thinking has been stimulated. The thinking space has been expanded, and the study efficiency has been improved obviously. Through the influence of music, it can help nursing students to establish correct outlook on life and values.
