河北民歌的保护、传承策略研究

【摘要】：河北省民歌资源非常丰富。这些民歌多属于农耕文化的遗存,在现代社会的生存土壤很薄弱,加之这些民歌大多以口传身授传统方式传承,使得一大部分河北民歌后继乏人、亟待保护。 本文立足河北,把如何调动全社会力量来保护传承河北民歌作为核心问题,探索构建新的保护传承体系,旨在充分调动全员参与的积极性,提高河北民歌保护传承的效果。 本文首先阐述了课题的研究背景,运用文献研究法界定了民歌的基本概念,探讨其研究价值。然后运用个案分析法对河北民歌的基本状况进行了研究,通过集体访谈分析出河北民歌在保护传承中存在问题及原因所在。最后经过对河北民歌保护传承的手段、对象、保障机制等内容的整合,探索构建河北省民歌保护传承体系的新途径,并提出加强立法、宣传,加大财政投入,加快人才队伍建设,增进中外交流等的新对策。
[Abstract]:Hebei Province folk song resources are very rich. Most of these folk songs belong to the remains of farming culture, and the survival soil in modern society is very weak. In addition, most of these folk songs are passed on by oral transmission and traditional way, which makes a large part of Hebei folk songs lack of successors and needs to be protected. Based on Hebei, this paper regards how to mobilize the whole social forces to protect and inherit Hebei folk songs as the core problem, and explores the construction of a new protection and inheritance system, aiming to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all members to participate in, and improve the effect of Hebei folk songs protection and inheritance. This paper first expounds the research background of the subject, defines the basic concept of folk songs by the method of literature research, and probes into its research value. Then we use the case analysis method to study the basic situation of Hebei folk songs, and analyze the problems and reasons of Hebei folk songs in the protection and inheritance through collective interviews. Finally, through the integration of the means, object and safeguard mechanism of protecting and inheriting the folk songs in Hebei Province, we explore a new way to construct the system of protecting and inheriting the folk songs in Hebei Province, and propose to strengthen legislation, propaganda, and increase the financial input. To speed up the construction of the contingent of talent, and enhance the exchange between China and foreign countries and other new countermeasures.
