音乐教育在缓解大学生网络成瘾中的应用研究

【摘要】： 计算机和互联网的高速发展给人类带来了前所未有的便捷,同时也带来了一些负面效应,这种负面效应的典型标志之一就是一些人对网络成瘾。这种网络成瘾的情况在大学生中表现得尤为突出。网络成瘾不但影响了大学生的正常学习生活,而且对大学生的身心健康造成极大的危害。大学生作为社会建设的接班人,其科学素养、人文素养以及体质素养的高低直接影响着社会发展的进程以及家庭幸福的指数。鉴于此,国家、学校和家庭都对大学生网络成瘾的现象及其关注,特别是高校教师以及专家学者在解决这个问题方面做出了有益的尝试和科学的实验,然而,由于这个方面的研究起步较晚,诸多理论尚未形成体系,而且理论的科学性和实践性尚需加强。目前高校常用的心理疏导方式单一、枯燥,很多网络成瘾的大学生在心理干预过程中产生抵触情绪。因此,心理干预呈现耗时耗力、收效甚微的局面。本人作为音乐教育专业在读硕士生,顺理成章地把用音乐教育的方式对大学生网络成瘾的缓解性研究作为自己的课题,从目前戒除网络成瘾的实际应用看,尚未有行之有效并有普遍推广价值的心理干预的应用措施。因此,这为我在音乐教育用于大学生心理干预的研究留出了巨大的空间。本文从大学生网络成瘾的归因着手,对目前网络成瘾的应用现状予以理性地分析并对音乐教育作为心理干预的主要方式予以大胆设想,同时,用实证主义的方法论为指导,用科学统计和民族音乐学的田野作业为方法,对音乐教育与心理疏导有机结合的方案用于缓解大学生网络成瘾的可能性予以理论创设,并在具体的实践和实验中验证这种理论的有效性,深度探索了采用音乐教育与心理疏导相结合的方式的具体内容和形式,论证了音乐教育在缓解大学生网络成瘾中的应用价值和重要作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of computer and Internet has brought unprecedented convenience to human beings, but also brought some negative effects. One of the typical signs of this negative effect is that some people are addicted to Internet. This kind of internet addiction is especially prominent among college students. Internet addiction not only affects the normal study and life of college students, but also causes great harm to their physical and mental health. As the successors of social construction, college students have a direct impact on the process of social development and the index of family happiness. In view of this, the state, school and family are concerned about the phenomenon of Internet addiction among college students, especially university teachers and experts and scholars have made useful attempts and scientific experiments to solve this problem. However, Due to the late start of the research in this area, many theories have not yet formed a system, and the scientific and practical nature of the theory still needs to be strengthened. At present, many college students who are addicted to internet produce resistance in the process of psychological intervention. Therefore, psychological intervention presents a situation of time-consuming and laborious, with little effect. As a master's student of music education, I naturally regard the mitigation of internet addiction of college students as my own subject by means of music education. From the practical application of abstinence from internet addiction at present, There is no effective and universal application of psychological intervention. Therefore, this has left a huge space for me to study the psychological intervention of college students in music education. Starting from the attribution of college students' Internet addiction, this paper rationally analyzes the current application of Internet addiction and makes bold assumptions on music education as the main way of psychological intervention, and at the same time, under the guidance of positivism methodology, By using the methods of scientific statistics and field work in ethnomusicology, this paper makes a theoretical study on the possibility of combining music education with psychological guidance to alleviate the possibility of internet addiction among college students. And in specific practice and experiment to verify the effectiveness of this theory, in-depth exploration of the use of music education and psychological guidance of the way of the specific content and form, This paper demonstrates the application value and important role of music education in alleviating internet addiction of college students.
