【摘要】：正社会音乐水平考级,起源于1889年英国皇家音乐学院联合委员会的音乐考试,20世纪80年代经由香港传入我国上海、广州等沿海经济发达城市。中国音乐家协会于1990年7月成立"全国乐器演奏(业余)考级委员会",宣告了"我国全国性的乐器考级(业余)制度的诞生和起步"①。各地、各部
[Abstract]:In 1889, the music examination of the Joint Committee of the Royal Conservatory of Music was introduced into China's developed coastal cities, such as Shanghai and Guangzhou, via Hong Kong in the 1980s. In July 1990, the Chinese musicians Association established the National Committee for the examination of Musical Instruments (Amateur), which declared the birth and start of the national musical instrument examination (amateur) system in China.
