我国音乐文化产业传统发展路径研究

【摘要】：我国当前音乐文化产业发展迅速,得益于国家的政策鼓励、项目支持和对市场经济理论的研究与运用。但这些传统路径中也存在不足,主要表现在音乐文化自身发展的理论被行政理论所替代,对专业人才的引进与关注不够,以及政府机构和当前体制功能的固化。为此,我们应从政策、人才、机构体制等方面探求发展音乐文化的新路径。
[Abstract]:At present, the music culture industry in China is developing rapidly, thanks to the policy encouragement, project support and the research and application of the theory of market economy. But there are some shortcomings in these traditional paths, which are mainly reflected in the replacement of the theory of music culture itself by administrative theory, the insufficient attention to the introduction and attention of professional talents, and the solidification of the functions of government institutions and current system. Therefore, we should explore a new way to develop music culture from the aspects of policy, talent and institutional system.
