上海工部局乐队管理机构初探

【摘要】：上海工部局乐队,是中国近代最具代表性的西式管弦乐队之一。其形成与演变,历经六十余年,乐队在职业化进程中取得的成绩得益于不同时期乐队的发展理念,更依赖于官方组织机构的大力扶持和适时导向。工部局董事会与乐队委员会,作为工部局乐队的管理机构,各自行使不同的职能保障了乐队的良好运营。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Industry Bureau Band is one of the most representative western orchestras in modern China. Its formation and evolution, after more than 60 years, the achievements of the band in the process of professionalization benefit from the development concept of the band in different periods, but also rely on the strong support and timely guidance of the official organization. The board of directors and the band committee of the Ministry of Industry, as the management bodies of the band of the Bureau of Industry, exercise different functions to ensure the good operation of the band.
