建筑装修项目质量控制

【摘要】：建筑装修项目质量控制不能凭个人的经验、智慧、和直觉,而应采用科学的管理手段,明确的操作技术标准,做好过程关键点和程序的控制。我国建筑装修质量控制的实践活动源源流长,然而,由于各种原因,并没有系统的上升为质量控制管理理论,在管理科学理论上是一片盲区,更谈不上按管理模式组织和建设了。目前我国正处于高速发展阶段,年国民生产总值以8%左右速度高速增长,建筑行业已成为支柱产业,而装修业是建筑业的主要组成部分,如果能很好的做好装修项目的质量控制,对我国现阶段经济发展有着现实的重要意义。本文就如何做好装修质量控制进行了分析,特别是对各种要素管理及目前质量管理存在的问题及应采取的措施进行了深入的论述。
[Abstract]:The architectural decoration project quality control can not rely on the personal experience, wisdom and intuition, and should adopt scientific management methods, operation technology standards, control process and procedures. The key points of quality control of architectural decoration however China's long history, practice, due to various reasons, there is no system of quality control in management theory, management science theory is a blind spot, not to mention the organization according to the management mode and construction. At present our country is in a stage of rapid development, annual GDP of about 8% rate of growth, the construction industry has become a pillar industry, the decoration industry is the main part of the construction industry if the quality control, can do good decoration projects, has important significance on the reality of China's current stage of economic development.
This paper analyzes how to do well the quality control of decoration, especially on the various elements management and the existing problems of quality management and the measures to be taken.
