宜兴均陶堆贴装饰的技艺研究

【摘要】: 陶瓷堆贴装饰是一种历史悠久、不断演化并且延续至今仍很常见的陶瓷坯体装饰技法,其中宜兴均陶堆贴装饰具有较强的代表性和特殊性,深受大众喜爱。但是宜兴均陶堆贴装饰作为一种民间日用陶瓷的传统装饰形式,长期以来只见生产过程的师徒传承,未见应有的理论总结。因此有必要对其工艺技法和艺术特点进行系统总结。而且通过对宜兴均陶堆贴装饰的发生发展、风格样式、工艺材料、创作技法的研究,将会给予现代陶艺的创作提供丰富的艺术源泉。所以说,研究宜兴均陶堆贴装饰是很有意义的。 宜兴均陶堆贴装饰,俗称堆花或贴花,是将一种或数种有异于坯体本身色泽的浅色泥料,堆贴到深色的坯体上,再通过右手的大拇指的挤压,堆贴出具有一定立体感的类似浮雕的装饰纹样。宜兴均陶堆贴装饰工艺早期受到青瓷堆塑装饰的影响,在日用粗陶上堆塑简单的纹样。到了明清阶段,宜兴均陶堆贴装饰技法得到了飞跃发展,逐渐形成了具有浓厚地域特色的拇指堆贴技法。与其他民间装饰艺术一样,宜兴均陶堆贴装饰具有材质的天然美、工艺的技巧美、风格的朴素美。宜兴均陶堆贴装饰长久以来被广泛应用于日用粗陶产品中,由于品种多,生产量大,用途广,价格低廉,几乎“有家必备,无户不用”。而随着时代的变化,宜兴均陶堆贴装饰的器物也逐渐从日用器皿转向园林艺术陶。现今均陶堆贴器物因其质粗体大受到冷落,整个堆贴装饰业受大环境的影响生产大不如前。要想发扬光大宜兴均陶堆贴装饰工艺就必须转变创作观念,适应现代生活的需要。 本篇论文通过对宜兴均陶堆贴装饰的材料特性、历史渊源、工艺技法、艺术特征及发展趋势的论述和探讨,得出以下结论:宜兴均陶堆贴装饰是一门需要保护和发扬的民间传统手工艺;宜兴均陶堆贴装饰应随着时代的发展,适应现代生活的需要,不断拓展应用范围;宜兴均陶堆贴装饰的工艺手法和艺术特色对现代陶艺的创作具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Ceramic stowage decoration is a kind of ceramic body decoration technique which has a long history and evolves and continues to be very common up to now, among which Yixing Wutao pile decoration has strong representativeness and particularity. Deeply loved by the public. However, as a traditional decorative form of folk daily ceramics, Yixing has only seen the succession of teachers and disciples in the production process for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to make a systematic summary of its technical techniques and artistic characteristics. And through the research on the occurrence and development, style, process materials and creative techniques of the Yixing Junzhou-ceramic piling decoration, It will provide a rich source of art for the creation of modern pottery. Yixing, commonly known as a pile of flowers or decals, is to pile one or more kinds of light-colored mud, which is different from the color of the green body itself, to the dark green body, and then squeeze it through the thumb of the right hand. In the early stage of Yixing, it was influenced by celadon stucco decoration, and simple patterns were piled on daily coarse pottery. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, the decorative patterns were similar to embossed ones. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, the decoration process was affected by celadon stacks and plastic ornaments, and a simple pattern was piled on the daily coarse pottery. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, Yixing Ju pottery pile sticker decoration technique has been developed by leaps and bounds, and has gradually formed the thumb piling technique with strong regional characteristics. Like other folk decorative arts, Yixing Ju pottery pile sticker decoration has the natural beauty of material and the beauty of craft skills. The simple beauty of style. Yixing Jun pottery pile decoration has been widely used in daily coarse pottery products for a long time. Due to the variety, large production, wide use, low price, almost "home must, no household do not use." and with the change of the times, Yixing is gradually shifting from daily utensils to garden art pottery, which are now being neglected because of their bold form. The whole industry is not as good as before under the influence of the environment. If we want to carry forward the process of decoration in Yixing, we must change the idea of creation and adapt to the needs of modern life. This paper discusses and discusses the material characteristics, historical origin, craft techniques, artistic characteristics and development trend of Yixing Wuzhou-ceramic pile and decoration. The main conclusions are as follows: Yixing is a traditional folk handicraft that needs to be protected and carried forward, and the decoration should be developed with the development of the times, adapt to the needs of modern life, and expand the scope of application. The craft technique and artistic characteristic of Yixing Ju pottery pile and decoration have certain reference significance to the creation of modern pottery art.
