【摘要】：生产系统在制造型企业中占有非常重要的地位，其生产能力的大小直接影响着企业的产能。利用先进的制造技术和管理方法，提高企业生产系统的生产能力，增强企业响应市场变化的应变能力，是企业提高自身竞争力的重要手段。在开放的市场环境下，市场需求多样化，竞争越来越激烈，生产系统的改善和产能柔性的逐步提高成为许多企业的当务之急。产能柔性可以帮助企业在生产经营活动外部环境不确定性的情况下，快速从一种产品变换成另一种产品，或者迅速地增加或减少某种产品的产量。因此，深刻理解产能柔性的内涵，研究产能柔性的能力构成及其度量方法，对企业尤其是多品种小批量的企业提高设备利用率、缩短产品制造周期、降低生产和库存成本都具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。本文针对装饰布企业的具体情况，从设备产能和代表产品产能两个方面对企业产能进行了分析，探讨了生产系统产能柔性的度量方法和提高其产能柔性的主要措施；针对装饰布企业生产计划管理目前存在的主要问题，分析了生产库存系统存在的诸多不确定因素，提出了产能柔性变量的概念，，建立了以生产成本(含产能柔性变量成本)和库存成本最小为目标的综合生产计划优化模型；以某装饰布企业为例，借助遗传算法理论和MATLAB遗传算法优化工具箱，对所建立的模型进行了求解和优化，通过所采集的实际数据，验证了该模型与算法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Production system plays a very important role in manufacturing enterprises, and its production capacity directly affects the production capacity of enterprises.It is an important means for enterprises to improve their competitiveness by using advanced manufacturing technology and management methods to improve the production capacity of enterprises and to enhance the ability of enterprises to respond to market changes.Under the open market environment, the market demand is diversified, the competition is more and more intense, the improvement of the production system and the gradual improvement of the productivity flexibility become the urgent affairs of many enterprises.Productivity flexibility can help enterprises quickly change from one product to another or increase or reduce the output of one product rapidly under the uncertainty of the external environment of production and operation activities.Therefore, we should deeply understand the connotation of capacity flexibility, study the capability structure of capacity flexibility and its measurement methods, improve the utilization ratio of equipment and shorten the manufacturing cycle for enterprises, especially for enterprises with many varieties and small batches.Reducing the cost of production and inventory has important theoretical and practical value.In this paper, according to the specific situation of decorative fabric enterprises, the paper analyzes the capacity of the enterprises from the aspects of equipment capacity and representative product capacity, and discusses the measurement method of productivity flexibility of production system and the main measures to improve the flexibility of production capacity.Aiming at the main problems existing in the production planning management of decorative cloth enterprises, this paper analyzes many uncertain factors existing in the production inventory system, and puts forward the concept of capacity flexibility variable.A comprehensive production planning optimization model with minimum production cost (including flexible variable cost of production capacity) and minimum inventory cost is established, and a decorative fabric enterprise is taken as an example, with the help of genetic algorithm theory and MATLAB genetic algorithm optimization toolbox,The model is solved and optimized, and the feasibility and validity of the model and the algorithm are verified by the actual data collected.
