鼠标外壳模外装饰贴膜技术工艺参数分析

【摘要】:以聚丙烯(PP)薄膜材料对鼠标外壳进行模外装饰(OMD)贴膜,采用有限元方法对该成型过程进行模拟仿真,获得了薄膜的厚度分布、应力分布及其在X,Y方向的变形分布。分析了不同工艺参数对鼠标外壳OMD贴膜成型的影响。贴膜工艺的最佳工艺参数为:初始压边力为300 N、加载温度为130℃、真空度为0.02 MPa、高压压强为0.15 MPa。
[Abstract]:The mouse shell was embossed with polypropylene (PP) film material. The forming process was simulated by finite element method. The thickness distribution, stress distribution and deformation distribution in XY direction were obtained.The effect of different process parameters on OMD film forming of mouse shell was analyzed.The optimum process parameters are as follows: the initial blank holding force is 300N, the loading temperature is 130 鈩,
