【摘要】：对于装饰装修公司来说，“现场的管理”是每天必修的功课。施工现场的管理实际上是建设施工企业生产经营活动的基础，也是施工企业整体管理工作中最重要的组成部分，从客观角度看，施工现场的管理水平，标志着一个施工企业的管理水平，同时，它也表现出了一个装饰装修企业真实实力。辽宁大班建筑装饰有限公司（以下简称大班公司）作为一个装饰装修施工兼设计企业，在装饰装修施工现场的管理中，把施工现场管理作为企业经营活动的中心。同时，项目部是大班公司整体施工管理工作中最重要组成部分，随着装饰装修市场的不断规范与发展，伴随着经济体制改革的深化和社会主义市场经济体制的深入，，大班公司在施工现场管理中也出现了许许多多的问题。从公司发展的角度出发，装饰装修施工的现场管理对大班公司有着极其深远的意义。本文通过对大班公司装饰工程施工现场的实地考察，结合相关理论依据，基于大班公司的实际状况，总结出在大班公司内部存在的诸如施工现场管理混乱、责任划分不明确、施工文明程度低等施工现场管理问题，并针对现实情况提出组建专业的项目管理部门、加强现场控制和监督工作、落实项目管理目标责任制、培养专业技术管理人员是提高施工现场管理水平的必经之路。只有加强对装饰装修施工现场的管理、不断的改变及完善在施工现场中存在的各种不合理状况，才能更好的保证施工工程的质量，从而保障大班公司施工工程高效益的实现。

Construction site management problems such as low level of construction civilization, and the establishment of a professional project management department in view of the actual situation, strengthening on-site control and supervision, and implementing the project management target responsibility system, Training professional technical management personnel is the only way to improve the level of construction site management.
