【摘要】： 环境装饰艺术有别于架上雕塑、架上绘画等纯观念性艺术，不能以创作者的主观愿望、兴趣，观念进行自由的创作；同时环境装饰艺术亦不同于设计的理性创作思维，它是艺术和设计的综合，，以艺术带动设计，设计的理性协调感性的艺术与环境的关系，融感性与理性于一体。能动地反作用于环境并增强其人性化氛围，环境装饰艺术是总体设计的一部分，受总体设计的主导精神和区域功能的制约，环境空间的组织形态，空间功能，空间的尺度、构筑物的风格，形式，色彩，材质等都对环境装饰艺术施以影响并提出要求，设计的“宜人性”正是在明确环境、艺术、人三者的互动关系之下产生的，人关注环境，环境因人的需要而产生意义，人的需求依靠功能的实现，空间中的人造物是功能的结果。实用功能是需求的原始目的，在科技高度先进的今天，功能是人获得环境的物质手段，而注重城市(区域)历史和文脉的延续等文化意味的精神传播，是满足人对特定环境的精神需求和情感的关注。只有在注重环境的功能性和精神性的前提下，设计与规划才能集现代综合性，环境意识与时代性于一体，融环境、形态、装饰、功能、建筑至和谐统一，创造出一个具时代精神和艺术氛围的人性化环境空间。
[Abstract]:The art of environmental decoration is different from pure idealistic art such as sculpture and painting on the shelf, and can not be created freely with the subjective desire, interest and concept of the creators. At the same time, the art of environmental decoration is also different from the rational creative thinking of design. It is the synthesis of art and design, with art driving design, the rational design coordinates the relationship between perceptual art and environment, and integrates sensibility and rationality. The art of environment decoration is a part of the overall design, restricted by the dominant spirit and regional function of the overall design, the organizational form, the spatial function, the spatial scale of the environment space, The style, form, color, material and so on of the structure all exert the influence to the environment decoration art and put forward the request. The design of "suitably human nature" is produced under the clear interaction among environment, art and people, and people pay attention to the environment. The environment has meaning because of the human needs, the human needs depend on the realization of the function, and the man-made creation in the space is the result of the function. Practical function is the original purpose of demand. Today, when science and technology are highly advanced, function is the material means for people to obtain the environment, and pays attention to the spiritual transmission of cultural connotations such as urban (regional) history and the continuation of cultural context. It is to satisfy the person to the particular environment's spiritual need and the emotion concern. Only under the premise of paying attention to the function and spirit of the environment, can design and planning integrate modern synthesis, environmental consciousness and the nature of the times, and integrate environment, form, decoration, function and architecture into a harmonious unity. Create a humanistic environment with the spirit of the times and artistic atmosphere.
