柔性装饰薄木制造工艺及应用技术研究

【摘要】:随着世界人口的增加和经济的高速发展,人类对木材和木制品的需求量不断增加,导致天然森林资源日益减少。利用现代科学技术,对人工速生材进行深度加工,研制新型薄木装饰材料受到了世界各国的高度重视。重组装饰材刨切薄木适应了这一发展方向,它具有木质材料的一切优良性能,而且克服了天然木材的自身缺陷以及色泽纹理和规格尺寸的限制,满足了人们日益增长的个性化的需求,使人造薄木的应用越来越广泛。 本文所研究的柔性装饰薄木属于新型薄木装饰材料的一种,它是将人造薄木与柔性增强材料复合后制成的一种可挠曲、柔韧性好的装饰薄木。本研究以纸张、非织造布、纺织品和纸塑复合薄膜作为柔性增强材料与人造薄木进行复合,再测试复合薄木的性能,以确定适用的柔性增强材料和较优的复合工艺条件。 研究结果表明: 1、薄木与浸渍法施加热熔胶的40g/m~2非织造布、纺织品及纸塑复合薄膜制成的柔性装饰薄木柔韧性好,加工方便,可大力推广。 2.薄木与柔性增强材料复合后,作为一种新型的装饰材料,在强度上较薄木本身有了较大变化,特别是在横向,克服了薄木本身抗拉强度低,易开裂,不容易运输和保存的缺陷。 3.选择纸基作为柔性增强材料时,胶粘剂的配比为PVAc:UF=8:2时较为合适,其制作的柔性装饰薄木样品较其他配比的质量要好。 4.对皮纸而言较优的工艺条件为:单位压力为0.7MPa、热压温度为110℃、加压时间为2min、涂胶量为60g/m~2。皮纸可作为柔性增强材料,但柔软性不是十分理想。 5.用非织造布、纺织品制作复合薄木的最优复合工艺为温度压力0.9MPa、160℃、时间3分钟。 6.纸塑复合薄木制作复合薄木的最优复合工艺为温度压力0.9MPa 150℃、时间3分钟。
[Abstract]:With the increase of world population and the rapid development of economy, the demand for wood and wood products is increasing, which leads to the decrease of natural forest resources. By using modern science and technology, the advanced processing of fast growing artificial wood and the development of new thin wood decoration materials have been attached great importance to all over the world. The reconstituted decorative wood planed thin wood adapts to this direction of development. It has all the excellent properties of the wood material, and overcomes the limitations of the natural wood itself and the color, texture and size of the wood. It meets the increasing demand of individuation and makes the application of artificial thin wood more and more extensive. The flexible decorative wood studied in this paper belongs to a new type of thin wood decoration material. It is a kind of flexible and flexible decorative thin wood which is made of artificial thin wood and flexible reinforcement material. In this study, paper, nonwovens, textiles and paper plastic composite films were used as flexible reinforcements to compound with artificial thin wood, and the properties of composite thin wood were tested to determine the suitable flexible reinforcement materials and better composite process conditions. The results show that: 1. The flexible decorative wood made of thin wood and hot-melt adhesive 40g/m~2 nonwovens, textiles and paper / plastic composite films is flexible and flexible. Easy to process, can be vigorously promoted. 2. As a new decorative material, the strength of thin wood has changed greatly, especially in transverse, which overcomes the low tensile strength and easy cracking of thin wood.
