颜料协同作用对涂布装饰原纸性能的影响
[Abstract]:Aim to study the effect of pigment synergism on the properties of decorative base paper, to improve the surface structure of paper and optimize its physical properties. Methods Broad-leaved wood pulp and coniferous wood pulp (the absolute mass ratio of effective component was 4:1) were blended to beating degree (SR) 38 掳, then added titanium dioxide filler Pam Pae, aluminum sulfate and so on to make decorative base paper, PVA, cationic starch was used as adhesive agent, distilled water was distilled. Pigment (TiO_2, in cooperation with Al_2O_3,Clay,Al_2SiO_5,SiO_2), dispersant, defoamer, lubricant, water-retaining agent are used to prepare coatings for decorative paper surface. Coating machine and calender are used to coat the base paper, then impregnate the press board, and print with gravure. To explore the effect of pigment composite coating on base paper coating structure and printing adaptability. Results the addition of certain SiO_2 pigments to the co-modification of pigments can help the paper surface to be effectively and uniformly coated, and the fine pigment particles can be observed, forming a good tight coating structure. The decorative base paper coating contains SiO_2 synergistic pigment. The water absorption height was increased by 135, the smoothness increased by 130, the dry tensile strength increased by 175 and the wet tensile strength increased by 160. In the aspect of printing performance, the paper coating with synergistic modification and SiO_2 coating has good ink acceptability under relatively small coating thickness, which is helpful to the absorption and fixation of printing ink. Then restrain dot expansion and color overall tone reproduction range becomes larger. Conclusion pigment co-coating with SiO_2 is helpful to improve the physical properties and printing adaptability of decorative base paper.
