长余辉荧光材料合成及其应用于建筑装饰涂料的性能研究

【摘要】:通过溶胶凝胶法制备Ca_2MgSi_2O_7∶Eu,Dy长余辉荧光材料,利用X射线衍射、荧光分光光度计和光色性能测试仪对荧光材料的晶型结构、发光性能、余辉时间进行了表征,同时以荧光材料和醇酸树脂为原料制备建筑装饰用长余辉荧光涂料并评价其应用性能。通过研究发现荧光材料在紫光和可见光区具有宽谱激发与发射特性,激发峰值为389 nm,发射峰值为518 nm,其晶格结构与标准卡相匹配,同时在Eu/Dy=1/2时获得的荧光材料具有最优的余辉时间,达到10 h;涂料的荧光强度和黏度与荧光材料质量分数成正比,其中荧光强度增幅逐渐降低,吸水率与质量分数成反比,有利于提高涂料的耐久性,所制备的Ca_2MgSi_2O_7∶Eu,Dy长余辉荧光材料及相应的涂料具有一定的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Ca_2MgSi_2O_7:Eu,Dy long afterglow fluorescent materials were prepared by sol-gel method. The crystal structure, luminescence properties and afterglow time of the fluorescent materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, fluorescence spectrophotometer and photochromic performance tester. At the same time, fluorescent materials and alkyd resins were used as raw materials to prepare long afterglow fluorescent coatings for architectural decoration and their application properties were evaluated. It is found that the fluorescence material has wide spectrum excitation and emission characteristics in the purple and visible light regions. The excitation peak value is 389 nm, emission peak is 518 nm, and the lattice structure matches the standard card. The fluorescence intensity and viscosity of the coating are proportional to the mass fraction of the fluorescent material, in which the increase of the fluorescence intensity decreases gradually, and the water absorption is inversely proportional to the mass fraction. It is beneficial to improve the durability of the coating. The Ca_2MgSi_2O_7:Eu,Dy long afterglow fluorescent material and the corresponding coating have certain application value.
