钒酸铋黄色陶瓷装饰颜料的制备及其呈色性能的研究

【摘要】:BiVO_4是一种呈色性能较好的黄色颜料。因为它具有耐色性好、色泽明亮、无毒、无污染等优越性能,因此环境友好型颜料将会逐渐取代传统的黄色颜料。本文以EDTA、柠檬酸钠与乙酰丙酮为螯合剂,用固相法、燃烧法、水热法以及微波水热法制备了BiVO_4颜料、Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)颜料和Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)颜料;并分别讨论了四种制备方法、三种添加剂、添加剂加入量以及热处理过程对BiVO_4颜料、Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)颜料和Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)颜料呈色性能的影响。 当添加剂为乙酰丙酮时,不同制备方法合成的BiVO_4产物主相为单斜相。BiVO_4产物的主要形貌有由纳米片组装而成的块状颗粒、片状颗粒和十面体形的颗粒,颗粒尺寸约在2-5μm之间;其中微波水热法制得的BiVO_4产物具有最好的呈色性能,b*值、C值和L*值分别为80.40、80.53和85.88,此时对应的色度坐标为x=0.4549,y=0.4654。 当制备方法为固相法时,BiVO_4产物主相为单斜相。不同添加剂制备BiVO_4产物的主要形貌有规则形状的块体,大小在0.5-0.8μm之间;棒状,长度约2-4μm;纳米片组装而成的块状颗粒,大小在3-5μm。其中无添加剂制备BiVO_4产物的b*值与L*值最大,分别为86.67和80.08。 当制备方法为微波水热法时,加入不同量EDTA制备的BiVO_4产物为单一纯净的单斜相,形貌为小颗粒构成的球形。当EDTA添加量达到2g时,BiVO_4产物b*值和L*值最大,分别为45.13和57.68。热处理后BiVO_4产物主相为单斜相。对于固相法与微波水热法,热处理后,BiVO*4产物b值分别从71.03和80.04降低到63.06和55.80;对于燃烧法与水热法,热处理后,BiVO_4产物b*值分别从35.54和61.53提高到62.11和65.30。 当添加剂为乙酰丙酮时,Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)产物为四方相与单斜相的共混杂相,形貌为扁圆球形,直径在1-3μm之间。EDTA和柠檬酸钠辅助制备Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物主相为单斜相。EDTA辅助制备Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物形貌为球形,大小约在2-4μm之间;柠檬酸钠辅助制备Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物形貌为棒状,长度约3μm左右,宽度在1μm左右,且其b*值与C值最大,分别为69.58和69.77。当La掺杂量x=0.02时,b*值与C值最大,分别为45.46和45.46,,此时对应的色度坐标为x=0.3930,y=0.4142。乙酰丙酮辅助制备Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物经热处理后,b*值从45.64提高50.97;EDTA和柠檬酸钠辅助制备Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物经煅烧后,b*值分别从50.14和69.58下降到42.63和47.84。 当Ce的掺杂量x=0.02~0.1时,Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4产物为纯净单一的单斜相。Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)产物形貌为十面体形,长度在2-3μm之间,高度约为1μm。当Ce掺杂量x=0时,有最大的b*值和C值,分别为71.97和73.05,此时对应的色度坐标为x=0.4647,y=0.4481。乙酰丙酮辅助制备Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物形貌为十面体形;EDTA辅助制备Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物形貌为四叶片形;柠檬酸钠辅助制备Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物形貌为片状组成的块体。无添加剂制备Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物b*值最大,可达67.30。柠檬酸钠辅助制备Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物经热处理后,b*值从32.77提高到45.79;EDTA和乙酰丙酮辅助制备Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)产物经煅烧后,b*值分别从33.15和60.55下降到29.70和55.42。

When the additive is acetylacetone, the main phase of BiVO_4 synthesized by different methods is monoclinic. The main morphologies of BiVO_4 products are block particles assembled by nanosheets, flake particles and decahedral particles with particle sizes ranging from 2 to 5 microns. The b* value, C value and L* value are 80.40,80.53 and 85.88, respectively. The corresponding chromatic coordinates are x=0.4549, y=0.4654..
The main phase of BiVO_4 product is monoclinic phase when the preparation method is solid phase. The main morphology of BiVO_4 product prepared by different additives is regular block with size between 0.5-0.8 micron; rod-like, length about 2-4 micron; nanosheet-assembled block particles with size of 3-5 micron. Among them, the b* value and L* value of BiVO_4 product prepared by non-additives are the largest. They were 86.67 and 80.08., respectively.
When the preparation method is microwave hydrothermal method, the BiVO_4 products prepared by adding different amounts of EDTA are monoclinic and spherical in shape. When the amount of EDTA reaches 2 g, the B * and L * values of BiVO_4 products are maximum, which are 45.13 and 57.68 respectively. After heat treatment, the main phase of BiVO_4 products is monoclinic. The morphology of the product is flattened spherical and its diameter is between 1-3 micron. The main phase of the product of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0.02) is monoclinic. The morphology of the product of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0.02) is spherical and its size is about 0.02. The product of sodium citrate-assisted preparation of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0.02) has a rod-like morphology, a length of about 3 microns and a width of about 1 micron. The maximum values of B * and C are 69.58 and 69.77, respectively. When the doping amount of La is x=0.02, the maximum values of B * and C are 45.46 and 45.46, respectively, and the corresponding chromaticity coordinates are x=0.3930, y=0.4142. When the content of Ce is between x=0, the maximum b * value and C value are 71.97 and 73.05 respectively, and the corresponding chroma coordinates are x=0.4647, y=0.4481.
