【摘要】：供应链管理是企业运营过程中的重要组成部分。随着市场竞争的日益加剧,市场对企业在成本、质量、交货期、服务、灵活性、反应速度等各方面的要求越来越高,供应链管理在企业运营中发挥的作用越来越重要。在信息技术飞速发展的条件下,企业供应链管理能否适应新的经济环境对于企业经营管理模式发展变化的新要求,是决定企业成败的关键。江阴标榜装饰材料有限公司,是中国民营企业的一个典型代表,在其发展历程中曾经经历过快速发展的历史阶段。面对市场情况的变化,公司正面临着从原有的民营企业向现代企业的转变阶段。在这个过程中供应链作为一个较新的概念,其运作情况在公司内部还是一个薄弱环节,急切需要有现代管理的思想加以指导,并努力开创新的管理模式,以求得企业在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,抢占有利的市场形势。本文回顾了供应链和供应链管理的相关理论,尤其是企业在实践过程中具有实际指导意义的相关理论,包括供应链与供应链管理的相关概念、库存管理、信息价值与管理、供应链整合、客户价值管理等内容。在上述研究的基础上结合江阴标榜所处的行业和公司的实际形势以及应用供应链管理的现状,探讨了供应链主要理论在江阴标榜实践运用的可行性和具体方法。从制定供应链战略开始,并对供应链战略进行分解,具体探讨了供应商开发、成本控制、库存管理等方面的具体实施办法,提出了人员结构、信息系统的供应链战略的保障措施等,结合江阴标榜的实际,探讨了江阴标榜装饰材料有限公司改进供应链管理的对策。通过供应链管理提升企业的核心竞争力,尤其是供应链的整体效率,需要系统的理论知识的指导和实践经验的积累。本文以江阴标榜的实例,提出了民营企业供应链改善的难点、方向和一些实践的方法,以此为广大民营制造性企业扩大对供应链管理的理解提供一些素材,并为其在制定供应链战略,改进供应链管理,提升企业竞争力的过程中提供借鉴经验。
