建筑装饰企业合同管理的价值体系

【摘要】：无论宏观管理与微观管理,或管理思想与管理技术;无论政府行政管理、社会管理与企业管理或管理文化、管理信息,其核心都离不开制度管理这一环节。这是因为管理的第一要素是目标,从经营概念来讲是绩效,任何管理模式与流派在“信息爆炸与文化冲突”与“管理混沌”的纷争或成功,都是以制度形式来完成的。所以,本文以建筑装饰企业合同管理为例,探索企业合同管理(法规)价值体系。
[Abstract]:Whether macro or micro management, or management thought and management technology, whether government administration, social management and enterprise management or management culture, management information, its core is inseparable from the system management. This is because the first element of management is the goal, and the concept of management is performance. Any conflict or success between "information explosion and cultural conflict" and "management chaos" in any management mode or school is accomplished in the form of system. Therefore, this article takes the construction decoration enterprise contract management as the example, explores the enterprise contract management (the regulation) the value system.
