大连殖民地建筑装饰风格的再生性研究

【摘要】： 传统古典建筑装饰的延续与创新是现今世界各国共同关注的议题。传统建筑及其历史环境不仅是国家民族文化的载体,同样也是城市魅力的集中体现,更是人类不可再生的宝贵资源。国际现代主义建筑运动过后,世界的文化趋同与民族特色方向感的迷失,迫使设计师们对追求地域性建筑和反殖民化建筑文化进行不断的摸索。新旧建筑风格体系的协调发展俨然成为当今建筑界研究的重要方向。 评估和确立了城市历史环境及历史建筑的价值后,如何保持传统建筑装饰的独特性和历史价值是急需解决的问题,从心理层面,让人感受到历史建筑年轮的沉淀和沧桑。从城市的协调发展方面,让新旧建筑共存的研究也成为了建筑设计理论与创作过程中的焦点和永恒的话题。在保护与更新这对矛盾体中,有很多层面值得去研究。本文主要从尊重历史环境与文脉的角度出发,探寻在局部更新的再生性建筑设计,即新建筑设计风格与历史建筑的新旧结合的问题。同时阐述了新技术条件下历史建筑新旧结合的相关理论,回顾了新旧建筑结合的历史。重点论述部分,作者将结合国内外相关建筑实例,从中借鉴和总结以往的先进经验,归纳了具体的设计手法,探讨在保护历史环境原由特点和规模的条件下,新旧建筑如何和谐共存共生的问题。最终,使传统建筑独特的历史形象得到保留,并体现出时代的进步感。 最后作者,根据自己的实地调研和实例分析,以大连市历史街区为例,力图深入系统地研究城市历史环境中新建筑的设计理论,为我国的建筑设计实践提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:The continuation and innovation of traditional classical architectural decoration is the common concern of all countries in the world. The traditional architecture and its historical environment are not only the carrier of national culture, but also the concentrated embodiment of the charm of the city. After the international modernist architectural movement, the cultural convergence of the world and the loss of the sense of orientation of national characteristics forced designers to explore the pursuit of regional architecture and anti-colonization architectural culture. The coordinated development of new and old architectural style system has become an important direction of architectural research. After evaluating and establishing the value of urban historical environment and historical buildings, how to maintain the uniqueness and historical value of traditional architectural decoration is an urgent problem to be solved. From the psychological level, people can feel the precipitation and vicissitudes of historical buildings' rings. From the coordinated development of the city, the study of the coexistence of new and old buildings has become the focus and eternal topic in the process of architectural design theory and creation. In the contradiction of protection and renewal, there are many aspects worth studying. From the perspective of respecting the historical environment and context, this paper explores the problem of the combination of the new architectural design style and the old one. At the same time, this paper expounds the related theories of the combination of the new and the old under the condition of the new technology, and reviews the history of the combination of the new and the old. The author will draw lessons from and sum up the previous advanced experience, sum up the concrete design methods, and discuss the condition of protecting the historical environment under the condition of the characteristics and scale of the original reason, the author will draw lessons from and sum up the past advanced experience, in the light of the relevant architectural examples at home and abroad. How new and old buildings coexist and coexist harmoniously. Finally, the unique historical image of traditional architecture is preserved, and reflects the sense of progress of the times. Finally, the author, according to his own field investigation and case analysis, takes Dalian historical district as an example, tries to study the design theory of new architecture in the historical environment of city deeply and systematically, and provides some references for the architectural design practice of our country.
