数字化单身公寓室内装饰设计与表现

【摘要】：随着社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对工作、生活环境的要求越来越高。希望空间再大一点、再宽敞一点,但现实的情况是,由于经济的原因,由于室内空间条件的限制,人们的这种愿望往往难以实现。随着房价不断上涨,越来越多单身人士和刚就业的毕业生步人居住单身公寓的行列。单身公寓住宅符合社会的需求,具有良好的实用性、舒适性、适应性、环保性和经济性等特点。单身公寓有出色、紧凑、精美的地方,但同时又不可以不面对它的不足：空间狭隘、家具不轻易摆放,想要书房只能舍弃餐厅,想要衣柜只能舍弃酒柜,难怪有人说单身公寓的设计,是对设计师最大的考验。在设计上,许多设计人员觉得单身公寓是一种局限,认为得不到市场的认同,无法展开和发挥,而且会对自己的设计创作产生限制。而今,单身公寓的室内装饰设计存在的问题主要表现在,设计单位缺乏对中单身公寓的认同。单身公寓由于空间小,此时,必要再墨守陈规,客户、餐厅、厨房、书房、卧室、卫生间,这些标准的空间划分按照自己的生活重新配置,它们或大或小,或疏朗或紧密,甚至空间重叠,一屋多用,你会发现,当你跳脱了固有的思路,打破条条框框,空间格局凭借想象可以创造出无数的可能性,家不再是高密度房子中固定的一个小单元,而是充满了灵性。怎么弥补居室空间面积小的缺点。怎么能让单身公寓变得功能实用,怎么让原本那种空间很窄、很局限的感觉,通过精巧的设计能产生宽敞、通透的空间感觉成为一个值得探讨的问题。本文设计从现实出发充分利用空间从而达到资源的优化配置。把握简洁、适用的原则,充分、合理的的利用每一寸空间,加以创新,做到小而精、小而全,使有限的空间无限放大,同样可以改善生活环境、提高生活质量、展示住户的个性特点。文中单身公寓为例从五个方面现场调查、方案构思、深化设计、设计表现、关键技术展开分析和研究,期中在设计实现过程中,数字化设计表现选择以下的绘图软件组合来表现：AutoCAD+3DSMAX+Vray+Photoshop,其中,使用AutoCAD、3DS MAX软件建立模型,然后使用Vray对模型场景进行渲染,最后使用Photoshop软件对渲染出来的三维图像进行后期处理。设计表现关键技术在于Vray渲染器的算法和Vray的渲染参数设置。

Single apartments have excellent, compact, beautiful places, but at the same time can not face its shortcomings: space is narrow, furniture is not easy to put, want the study can only abandon the dining room, want a wardrobe can only abandon the wine cabinet, No wonder some people say that the design of a single apartment is the greatest test for a designer. In the design, many designers feel that single apartment is a kind of limitation, which can not be recognized by the market, can not be developed and played, and will limit their own design creation. At present, the interior decoration design of single apartment is mainly reflected in the lack of identity of the single apartment. Single apartments because of the small space, at this time, it is necessary to follow the rules, customers, restaurants, kitchens, study, bedroom, bathroom, these standard space division according to their own lives, they are big or small, or sparse or close, Even when space overlaps, a house is multipurpose, you'll find that when you jump out of the way of thinking and break through the rules, the spatial pattern can create countless possibilities with imagination, and home is no longer a fixed small unit in a high-density house. In this paper, single apartment for example from five aspects of field investigation, project design, deepening design, design performance, key technology analysis and research, in the interim in the process of design and implementation, The following combination of drawing software is selected for the digital design performance: AutoCAD 3DSMAX Vray Photoshop, where the model is built using AutoCAD,3DS MAX software, and then the model scene is rendered using Vray. Finally, Photoshop software is used to postprocess the rendered 3D images. The key technology of design performance lies in the algorithm of Vray renderer and the parameter setting of Vray rendering.
