现代中式餐饮空间中装饰器物的应用性研究

【摘要】：伴随着秒钟的一圈圈转动，世间万物都发生着或大或小的变化。科技在完善、经济在腾飞，人们的生活品质也在发生着翻天覆地的变化。与消费者息息相关的衣、食、住、行更是随着社会的进步在迅猛的发展，尤其是“食”消费者已经不单单只看重食品的质量，而且对餐饮环境有了更高水平的要求。 在当今各种各样装修风格的餐饮空间五花八门，但在众多餐饮环境中，有着特殊文化气质的现代中式餐饮空间却经久不衰，并有着风靡全球的趋势。与此同时，有着装点、再创造空间环境的装饰器物也正在迅速蔓延，，并开始渗透到设计的各个领域当中，本次论文的研究目的就是要把具有中国特色的餐饮空间与装饰器物进行有机的结合，使装饰器物这一设计领域发挥出巨大的作用，为现代中式餐饮空间争光添彩。 本次论文秉承着最大程度的挖掘出装饰器物对现代中式餐饮空间的作用及影响为研究目的，将从多种角度着手，通过对民族性、整体性、互动性等性质的分析，以及对色彩、形态、光影等方面的理解，大到整体环境气氛的解读，小到每一个小的装饰器物的运用都将一一涉及，希望通过本次论文的研究，使装饰器物这一领域得到越来越多的关注，找出装饰器物对现代中式餐饮空间影响的利与弊，从而使现代中式餐饮空间得到更好的完善，使装饰器物在现代中式餐饮空间的氛围营造中起到画龙点睛的作用，已达到本次论文的研究目的，希望可以对选题的现实发展作出贡献。
[Abstract]:With seconds of rotation, everything in the world changes, big or small. Science and technology are improving, economy is taking off, people's quality of life is also taking place earth-shaking changes. Clothing, food, housing and transportation, which are closely related to consumers, are developing rapidly with the progress of society. Especially, consumers have not only attached importance to the quality of food, but also have a higher level of requirements for the catering environment. There are various dining spaces in various decoration styles nowadays, but in many dining environments, the modern Chinese dining spaces with special cultural temperament have survived and become popular all over the world. At the same time, decorative objects with decoration and re-creation of space environment are spreading rapidly and are beginning to infiltrate into various fields of design. The purpose of this paper is to combine the dining space with Chinese characteristics with decorative utensils to play a great role in the field of design, and to add glory to the modern Chinese food and beverage space. With the aim of excavating out the effect and influence of decorative objects on modern Chinese dining space to the greatest extent, this paper will proceed from various angles, through the analysis of nationality, integrity, interactivity and so on, as well as the color. The understanding of shape, light and shadow, as well as the interpretation of the overall environmental atmosphere, as well as the application of every small decorative object will be involved one by one. I hope that through the research of this paper, more and more attention will be paid to the field of decorative objects. To find out the advantages and disadvantages of decorative utensils on the modern Chinese food space, so that the modern Chinese food and beverage space can be better improved, so that decorative utensils can play an important role in creating the atmosphere of modern Chinese food and beverage space. Has achieved the purpose of this paper, hoping to contribute to the practical development of the topic.
