“气候环境”对海南地区室内装饰工程影响的研究

【摘要】：我国的室内装饰行业发展时间较短，行业里鱼龙混杂，工程队伍专业水平参差不齐，施工规范性差以及气候影响等原因，致使国内室内装饰工程的整体质量不高，通过研究归纳其主要原因有两个：一是人为的可变因素，二是气候环境的不可变因素。气候环境如高温、寒冷天气、降雨、大风、日照、潮湿等气候条件对室内装饰工程的施工及竣工后的使用都会造成了一定的影响。论文以海南气候为研究对象，从室内设计的过程，施工材料和施工现场及各施工单位施工配合方面，全面展开的分析气候环境对大型室内工程项目影响的关键部分及造成的后果。论文从第三章重点研究了以海南气候为中心而需要考虑的保温隔热、通风换气和防水防潮等；第四章则主要分析海南气候对施工造成的影响，，并给出相应的措施；第五章以实际的项目为例，具体问题具体分析。论文的第二个出发点就是节能，一个高耗能的室内装饰工程实际上也属于重大的质量问题。全球气候环境日益恶劣，能源已经成为严重的国际问题,对于节能不能单一依赖建筑自身，通过多地调研发现，建筑开发商为降低成本，对于建筑节能的投入一般较低，多数民用建筑根本无任何保温隔热的措施，存在严重的能耗问题，室内装饰作为建筑的延续和补充，理应考虑节能的问题。文章通过查阅资料和对实际项目的实际分析，试图找出如何提高室内保温隔热，自然通风，充分利用当地的气候环境资源，减少人工能源的使用，将气候知识用于工程的设计和施工当中，提高室内装饰工程的整体质量，减少和避免一些质量问题的发生，实现质量与经济性的双赢，希望为室内装饰工程的设计和施工提供一些有用的参考。
[Abstract]:The development time of interior decoration industry in our country is relatively short, the industry is mixed up, the professional level of engineering team is uneven, the construction standard is poor and the climate influence and so on, so the overall quality of domestic interior decoration project is not high. There are two main reasons: one is artificial variable factor, the other is immutable factor of climate environment. Climate environment such as high temperature, cold weather, rainfall, strong wind, sunshine, humidity and other climatic conditions will have a certain impact on the construction of interior decoration project and its use after completion. The paper takes Hainan climate as the research object, from the aspects of interior design process, construction material and construction site, and construction cooperation of each construction unit, A comprehensive analysis of the impact of climate on large indoor engineering project key parts and consequences. The third chapter focuses on the heat preservation and insulation, ventilation and air exchange, waterproof and moisture proof, etc. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the influence of Hainan climate on the construction, and puts forward the corresponding measures. The fifth chapter takes the actual project as an example, the concrete question concrete analysis. The second starting point of the paper is energy-saving, a high-energy-consuming interior decoration project is actually a major quality problem. The global climate environment is becoming increasingly bad, energy has become a serious international problem, for energy conservation can not rely solely on the building itself, through a number of research found that building developers in order to reduce costs, the investment in building energy conservation is generally low. Most civil buildings do not have any measures of thermal insulation, there are serious problems of energy consumption, interior decoration as a continuation and supplement of the building, should consider the problem of energy conservation. This paper tries to find out how to improve indoor thermal insulation, natural ventilation, make full use of local climatic and environmental resources, and reduce the use of artificial energy by consulting data and analyzing the actual projects. The climate knowledge is used in the design and construction of the project to improve the overall quality of the interior decoration project, to reduce and avoid some quality problems, and to achieve a win-win situation between quality and economy. Hope to provide some useful reference for interior decoration engineering design and construction.
