网印水转印无膜贴标技术在球拍装饰中的应用

【摘要】：正网印水转印标签是中高档球拍生产中必不可少的工序,它可使球拍上难以印刷的复杂曲面通过转印的方法获得精致的图案,提高球拍的装潢档次。传统方法生产的网印水转印标签,需要先喷涂保护光油,干燥后将光油层表面打磨粗化,再喷涂止漆并静置晾干;然后通过泡标进行水解转印标贴标。这种转印标膜还需要进行喷涂止漆,溶标和烘干处理,为防止涂布罩光油后烘干"爆标",还要在涂布前用砂布将标膜磨掉。此外,采用砂布磨标法,很难做到将标膜完全除去而不损伤印刷墨层和底漆,且操作中稍有不慎,便会产生"磨不净","砂穿"、"砂漏"等质量问题,造成废次品,因而对操作人员的技术水平要求较高。所以,采用不需磨标而可去除标膜的水转印标签工艺一直是众多球拍生产企业的渴求。本文将就这一工艺的研究、改进及特点进行介绍,希望能给相关企业一点启发和帮助,共同提高球拍等需要进行曲面印刷的装饰产品的装潢质量和生产效率。
[Abstract]:Positive screen printing water transfer label is an indispensable process in the production of middle and high grade racket. It can make the complex surface of racket difficult to print obtain exquisite pattern by transfer printing method, and improve the decoration grade of racket. In the traditional method, the screen printing water transfer label needs to be sprayed to protect the smooth oil, then the surface of the smooth oil layer is polished and coarsened, then the paint is sprayed and dried, and then the label is hydrolyzed and transferred to the label by bubble mark. This kind of transfer mark film also needs to spray stop paint, dissolve standard and dry treatment, in order to prevent the coating after drying "explosion mark", but also wear off the standard film with sand cloth before coating. In addition, it is difficult to remove the standard film completely without damaging the printing ink layer and primer by using the sand cloth grinding method, and if there is a little carelessness in the operation, there will be quality problems such as "grinding unclean", "sand piercing", "sand leakage" and so on, resulting in waste defective products, so the technical level of the operators is required to be high. Therefore, the water transfer label technology, which can remove the standard film without grinding the standard, has always been the craving of many racket manufacturers. This paper will introduce the research, improvement and characteristics of this process, hoping to give some inspiration and help to the relevant enterprises, and jointly improve the decoration quality and production efficiency of decorative products such as rackets that need curved surface printing.
