建筑屋面装饰面层隐形排水系统防泛碱施工技术

【摘要】：针对建筑屋面使用过程中的泛碱现象,结合泛碱原理,在屋面保温层、排水沟与地漏底部设计相互连通的隐形排水通道,形成屋面隐形排水系统,及时排走保温层内部积水,避免屋面装饰面层表面泛碱质量问题的发生。该技术原理简单,实施方便。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of pan-alkali in the process of building roof use, combined with the principle of pan-alkali, a connected invisible drainage channel is designed in the roof insulation layer, drainage ditch and ground drain bottom to form a roof invisible drainage system to remove the water in the insulation layer in time, so as to avoid the occurrence of alkali quality problems on the surface of the roof decoration layer. The principle of the technology is simple and the implementation is convenient.
