【摘要】:活动于清乾嘉年间的桐城派文学领袖姚鼐(1731—1815),也是一位清中期帖学派代表书家,颇有书法史考察意义。然而,在清中期书法史研究视域中,姚鼐多被认定为是一位“书名为文名所掩”的文人书家。本研究提出,若是简单地以“文人之书”看待姚鼐书法,会让研究者先入为主地错过对其书风的详细考察,而以此为基础所进行的相关讨论,不仅对姚鼐的书法观念和书法实践的认识乃至其书史地位的评价失去公允,而且对清代书法史尤其是清中期的帖学派书法活动的阐论,也将不可避免地失去广阔的视野。 本文在重点搜稽文献史料和作品图像的基础上,主要作了以下几个方面的研究,希望有助于清代书法史研究的深入和细化:(一)选择一个参照,爬梳史实,较为全面地考述姚鼐与丹徒王文治(1730—1802)的交游情况,勾勒出二人在书学方面的互动。(二)完成姚鼐传世书迹的搜集工作,力图从第一手资料的量化统计和分类梳理出发,于书法活动的系列“图像场”中对其书法成就进行的考察与评价。(三)立足于清中期的社会背景及书史立场,以图证史,从姚鼐书迹作品出发,揭示其对时代书风的反思和希冀突出藩篱的探索,以及其对书法的独特理解和刻意追求。本文提出,在经学之争和文学实践中姚鼐培育出了一种独特的文艺品格,在其丰富人生历练中,形成了他特有的艺术追求和艺术风格。以此视角来看,或许有助于我们对姚鼐书法做出一些新的认识或判断。 另外,附录三种《姚鼐文集中的书法史料》、《姚鼐与王文治交游年表》、《姚鼐书迹作品编目》,是本课题研究的前期整理成果,系于文后,敝帚自珍之余,也希望能为后来者深入研究相关课题提供一份相对集中的文献材料。
[Abstract]:Yao Nai, a literary leader of Tongcheng School who lived in the Qianjia period of Qing Dynasty, was also a representative calligrapher of the Middle Qing Dynasty. However, it was of great significance to investigate the history of calligraphy. In the field of the study of calligraphy history in the middle Qing Dynasty, Yao Nai was regarded as a literati calligrapher whose title was covered by the literary name. This study suggests that Yao Nai's calligraphy should be treated simply by the Book of Literati. It will make the researcher miss the detailed investigation of his book style, and the related discussion based on this will not only lose fairness to Yao Nai's understanding of calligraphy concept and calligraphy practice, but also to the evaluation of his book history status. Moreover, the explanation of calligraphy activities in Qing Dynasty, especially in the middle of Qing Dynasty, will inevitably lose a broad vision. Based on the research of historical materials and images of literature and works, this paper mainly studies the following aspects, hoping to help the study of calligraphy history in the Qing Dynasty and refine the history of history by selecting a reference and combing the historical facts. A more comprehensive examination of Yao Nai and Dantun Wang Wenzhi (1730-1802) of the situation, outlining the interaction between the two in the field of calligraphy. (2) to complete the collection of Yao Nai's books. Try to start from the quantitative statistics and classification of first-hand information, in the calligraphy activities of the series "Image Field" to its calligraphy achievements in the investigation and evaluation. (3) based on the social background of the mid-Qing Dynasty and the stand of the history of the book. From the perspective of Yao Nai's works, the author reveals his reflection on the style of the times and his exploration of the outstanding barriers, as well as his unique understanding and deliberate pursuit of calligraphy. Yao Nai cultivated a unique literary character in the struggle of Confucian classics and literary practice. In his rich life experience, Yao Nai formed his unique artistic pursuit and artistic style. Perhaps helps us to Yao Nai calligraphy to make some new understanding or judgment. In addition, the three kinds of "calligraphy historical materials in Yao Nai's works", "the chronology of Yao Nai's friendship with Wang Wenzhi" and "the cataloguing of Yao Nai's works" are the early results of this research. I also hope to provide a relatively centralized literature for the latecomers.
