【摘要】：正康成元,1941年生,山东省平度市人。历任军事科学院副政委,海军副政委,中纪委委员,第九届全国人大代表,第十届全国改协委员,海军中将军衔。现任中国艺术研究院中国书法院特约研究员,解放军美术书法研究院书法创作院副院长,中国书协会员,中国美协会员。2003年7月荣获书法导报"首届当代百名最佳书法家"称号。2004年被《书法》评为"中国书法十大年度人
[Abstract]:Zheng Kang Chengyuan, born in 1941, was born in Pingdu, Shandong Province. He served as deputy political commissar of the Academy of military Sciences, Deputy political Commissar of the Navy, member of the Central discipline Inspection Commission, member of the Ninth National people's Congress, member of the 10th National Reform Association, and rank of Lieutenant General of the Navy. He is currently a special researcher of the Chinese calligraphy Academy of the Chinese Academy of Art, vice president of the calligraphy and creation Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts and calligraphy of the PLA, and a member of the Chinese calligraphy Association. Member of the china art association. In July 2003, he was awarded the title of "the first 100 best calligraphers of contemporary times" in the leading newspaper of calligraphy. In 2004, he was named "top ten person of the year in Chinese calligraphy"
