【摘要】：正关于评委和评审一个好的评审制度必须依靠素质高、责任心强的评委团队来执行。有人说,一届展览评委班子的成功,某种程度上就是展览的成功。每次展览评委名单公布后,一定有人会说某某水平不行,不配当评委。请问谁够当评委,水平高就能当评委吗?水平高固然可以当艺术家,却不一定能担当起评委一职,况且从来就没有哪个评委可以让人百分之百信服的。从来就没有绝对完美的评委班子,每个人心中都有自己的评委,就像一千个读者眼里就有一千个哈姆雷特一样。既然如此,谁当评委并不是最大的问题,况且每人只有一票,并不是谁能具有决定权的,关键是要有担任评委的宽容气度和责任感的胸怀。评委的胸怀在一定程度上决定评审的成功。

There has never been an absolutely perfect panel of judges. Everyone has their own judges in their hearts, just as a thousand readers have a thousand Hamlets in their eyes. This being the case, who is the judge is not the biggest problem, and each has only one vote, who does not have the decision, the key is to be the judge's tolerance and sense of responsibility. The mind of the judges determines to some extent the success of the judges.
