舞蹈美育科学化探讨

【摘要】：舞蹈美育是通过启迪性"身体教育"引领人们以舞蹈行为陶冶情操、健康身心、提升意志品格、激发创造力,实现自我优化。它既非单一的舞蹈技能训练,亦非抽象美学研修。在施教中,应确立完整性、综合性理念。以诗的意韵、画的景象、乐的音律引领对舞蹈的审美体验,在欣赏、解读、认识舞蹈的同时,把生活中潴留的情感唤醒、激活,插上想象的翅膀。由此激起参与舞蹈的兴趣,通过合理的课程进行认识身体、感知身体、解放身体的训练,进而运用自身形体创造美的形象。此外,汲取生理学、心理学的成果,将有助于舞蹈美育的科学性、实践性、交叉性、开放性。
[Abstract]:Through the dance aesthetic enlightenment "physical education" to lead people to edify sentiment, dancing behavior of physical and mental health, enhance willpower and stimulate creativity, to achieve self optimization. It is neither a single dance skills training, or training. In the teaching of abstract aesthetics, should establish the integrity of a comprehensive concept of the charm of poetry. Painting, picture, music rhythm lead to dance aesthetic experience, in appreciation, interpretation, understanding of the dance at the same time, the life in the retention of the emotional wake-up call, active imagination. Thus arouse the interests of participating in dance, to understand the body, through the reasonable curriculum perception of body, liberation of body training then, using the body to create beauty image. In addition, from physiology, psychology, the scientific, contributes to the dance aesthetic practice, cross, open.
